My family has entrusted Shirley Brothers with our loved ones care for several years/decades. Last year I contacted them to pre-plan my Mother's funeral and Jessica Stamps was caring and thoughtful during the process. When my Mother passed away this past October, we worked with director Dustin Miller who was compassionate, caring, thoughtful and really took care of all the details for us.When your family loses a loved one, I highly recommend Shirley Brothers to be the ones to take care of them and your family.

During a recent loss our family entrusted Shirley Bros with our loved ones care. Our director, Gary Grey was compassionate, caring, thoughtful, and truly took care of us as I am sure he would his own family. Everyone we worked with at Shirley Bros were fantastic! I would recommend Shirley Bros and Gary Grey hands down!

Our family has now used the services of Shirley Bros several times! Most recently we worked with Gary Gray through the loss of my brother. Our whole experience was fantastic!! They truly take the time to make a very tough experience tolerable! Would highly recommend them!

They did an amazing job of taking care of my husband's mother's funeral services. From start to finish, they were always there to answer any questions we had. They have the sweetest older lady there as soon as you walk in to make sure you get to the right place. She always kept the bottled water and coffee coming. Alan started us through the process, and he was very easy to talk to. We even appreciated the little bits of humor he added in to try to cheer us up. He then had to go out of town so Gary took over. However, Alan did send a rose which was a very thoughtful touch. Gary was amazing. He made sure everything was perfect. They did a great job at making her look beautiful. We had easels all throughout the room displaying her artwork. He helped us keep everything together and was very kind throughout the whole painful process. Thank you so much for everything you did to make this experience the best that it could possibly be under the circumstances. We appreciate every one of you.

On behalf of my family & myself I would like thank Lynette (Funeral Director) for extending herself while representing the Shirley Brothers funeral care. We were embraced during our time of loss as though we were a vital part of the Shirley Brothers family. I honestly feel that we could not have received a better consultation as our director went above & beyond to ensure our comfort & satisfaction during this time. Everyone knows or has heard of customer service. Unfortunately Everyone does not know how to have the nurturing skills of a concerned mother when utilizing such skills. To our director Lynette. . . I cannot thank the staff of Shirley Brothers enough for their compassion and guidance during a stressful and anxious time in the recent death of my mother. I do mean the whole staff from the first one I met once my mom passed to the end which really has not happened yet.They were able to guide me and recommend opportunities for the service that just made it beautiful. Because I had never done anything like this prior, they talked me through each step. They answered every question and explained normal processes for services. It was as if I was asking family members how to do things. They truly took great care of us.Oddly enough, we wanted to have the services pre-paid and had actually asked their closest competitor to help us with the arrangements. When we got there, no one answered the door (even though they set up the meeting time). We called Shirley Brothers from the parking lot and they said come right over. That was my initial interaction with Shirley Brothers and that "you come first" has continued to this day as they just check in periodically to make sure we are okay.I know they will be my choice for my services as well.Thank you again!
