Always friendly but the prices simply don't make sense. Gas is more expensive, all pops (rarely any deals), food, and even tobacco products. I'd much rather see a Speedway or corporate run store.

Everytime I go in this place, they have nasty attitudes! They also talk about customers in their foreign language. Please don't buy their cold and old chicken that has been sitting there for hours. I got mashed potatoes today molded! I'm calling the Health Department!

I stop here a lot to get gas and chicken. I am so tired of going in there and hearing them talk in there language and not English , I feel this is very disrespectful to their customers! This is America and we speak English . I will no longer patronize this place

The review really just depends on if you get freshly cooked chicken or not. I've been here before months ago and ordered chicken that was dry and tasteless that had been made in advance and was just sitting there under the warmers. I recently went back and ordered but they didn't have any made so told me it'd be 15 minutes to make it fresh, and it was well worth it, best fried chicken around.

I live nearby and have always had a positive experience at this Shell gas station. They also have the best crunchy ice. It’s a bit expensive at 75 cents a cup, but I’ll pay it to have great service and yummy ice.

I bought a vape & opened when I got home it only let me have 2 puffs out of 1700 I understand it’s not their fault but anyway took it back and they wouldn’t give me a refund , half price or let me get another one exchange.Had to buy a new one for $20 Terrible customer service ?? Make sure u check it before u leave the store!

Service is typically pretty low. Card machines work half the time. Cashiers are either spaced out or too busy with side projects to ring you up or they’re playing on their phones. This is why I started going to a different gas station in the mornings. ?

Solid gas station. People seem to be overplaying the “poor customer service” here. Cashiers have always been very friendly to me.

It would have been nice for the clerk to put down their cell phone while helping me. He looked at his phone the whole time. If he was in an urgent communication why didn't he have the other person help me? Seemed uninterested in me as a customer and that his cell phone was the holy grail.

The sign on the door said they closed at 10:30 and I got there around 9:50 and they were closing up. The ladies in there looked at me while I was standing in front of the door and then turned away. No reaction or answer as to why they closed up early. I tried calling their number and no response. ??
