I'm so thankful a neighborhood friend recommended Shelby Street Animal Clinic to me. They take time to get to know your pet and let the pet get to trust them. They tell you exactly whats going on with your pet and give you their best recommended advise. I love it when people are honest with me. They are #1 with me.

I felt very comfortable taking my new puppy to Shelby Street Animal Clinic. They have redone the front waiting area It is very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. The vet was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He was so good with my dog. I would highly recommend them.

I called them since I lost a cat in the area and asked if they check for microchips and the lady who answered was rude. She also said they don't check for chips so there's no luck here if you lose a pet. What an awful place! I don't trust vet places that don't check new animals to their facility for a chip. Terrible. Awful you should be ashamed as a practice.
