I have been a Tenant with Shamrock Builders at their Crosspoint Development location in Indianapolis for the past 12 years. From the first day of our Lease (which was renewed three times) Greg O'Herren , George Geiger and their team have run a first class operation. During our term, Greg and George have been very responsive to our requests for repairs, adjustments, and updates to our leased premises, and their employees were very friendly and competent in their work. I highly recommend Shamrock Builders and in particular their Crosspoint location as a very good office park and location. Certainly, over the course of the past several years, these folks have gone from good landlords to very good friends!Services: Drywall repair

I worked with Shamrock to build my $1M new office. This building was going to be our new professional home and I invested my life savings into the project. Greg, John, Tim and Mike were absolutely some of the best guys I have ever dealt with in the construction industry. They were professional and honest. Their team was dedicated to making my dream come true. They were on schedule and on budget. My concerns and changes were always respected and addressed in a timely manner. I wish I had more money to build something else just to work with them again. Great company with great values and great people.

When i decided to hire a builder for a commercial building project I took some time searching for the best fit. Greg and his staff were responsive and professional, and I made the right choice. I was remodeling my kitchen at the time, and working with Shamrock to build a 7,000 sq foot project was by far the more cost effective and the least time consuming task of the two. Recommend!

We can't say enough good things about the professionalism of Shamrock during the construction of our new Geist location office building. From the start, they have been extremely responsive and aggressive in assuring our satisfaction. There has been excellent communication from the beginning of our project through the end. They don't make excuses but they have powered through some tough times despite the COVID19 crisis and are finishing our project on time and on budget. It would not be possible for me to more strongly recommend them as a builder. My only hope is that we are successful enough to need their services again.

As a current business owner in one of Shamrock's office buildings, I have nothing but great things to say about their team. Everyone in the organization is excellent to work with starting from their office folks, construction engineers, technicians, all the way up to their management (who I frequently interact with). We have had several small construction projects performed by them, all of which were done on time and with the highest quality. Highly recommended!!
