My customer tried to send this arrangement through (order gatherer who shall no be named) they dropped the ball. But we sent it to a real florist Shadeland Flower Shop and they made us look great! She was so excited because I told her it might take a day to custom make her first choice. "It made it to her today. Thank you so much. Please let your friend know that she loved it!" Thank you Shadeland.

I had never used Shadeland Flower Shop previously, but found them after a google search. I was looking for a Mother’s Day arrangement for my MIL. This is the first time I’ve ordered flowers where I feel like the product that was delivered looks just like the picture shown on the website. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and my MIL was very pleased. I will definitely be using Shadeland again in the future for my floral needs.

Even though April wasn't able to help, with what I was needing she was so kind. I was calling about getting balloons filled but they no longer have helium, she was still so sweet and kind.

Shadeland flowers are the best. April and Katie always provide the best service and text me pictures of my flowers before they go out. Even though there is no more in store shopping, I just call them and tell them what I'm looking for and it's always so beautiful! Thanks!

Shadeland Flower Shop always provides the freshest and most beautiful flower arrangements! I am never disappointed. My hospitalized friends always rave about the gorgeous arrangements I've sent them. Bravo! From the call, all the way to delivery. Had a delightful conversation with an employee who took my difficult order and was able to make a beautiful bouquet of flowers and have them delivered the same day. The delivery driver was also amazing. I gave two addresses to drop flowers off and she called me to see which would work best and she went out of her way just to try the option that I thought was too late. Because of that, my wife and I were surprised, and it made it more special than a door delivery. Now that is service! Great first experience and I will continue to pick Shadeland!

I ordered flowers at 10am hoping to have them ready in time to surprise my wife in the afternoon, and they were able to accommodate no problem! The shop in Greenfield is so cute and the people running it are SO NICE. They were sweet to my kids and we had a wonderful time visiting the store. Oh, and the flowers were gorgeous! I’d recommend Shadeland Flower Shop to anyone!
