I rented an ac/heated unit. No numbers on the building so I drove around forever until I just walked in an unmarked building and finally found my unit. Nothing stated during this whole process, What type of lock I needed so I went to your Google and looked at your locations pictures and Saw What locks were being used... So I bought the same kind. All to realize there's not a single lock like that Being used on the air-conditioned/heated units so very uninformative. I would appreciate if you know you could relay that to renters. Because now I'm wondering if I have purchased the incorrect lock which is now on my storage unit. And it's a holiday so I can't contact anyone to ask

I managed this place for 5 frustrating years. I'm letting the public know that none of your belongings are safe including parking vehicles. Over 1548 break-ins during my employment. Reviews are from customers signing up on the first day. Extremely misleading.The insurance you pay for is a rip off.Cameras didn't work on most of their properties.
