I came in the store on a Saturday afternoon and it was super packed in here! Tom was extremely helpful and friendly. He managed to great, assist and engage with everyone. He didn’t complain with me making a mess trying on 12 different sets prior to doing my customization form to complete my purchase. 10/10 would highly recommend you show here based on his customer service alone!

I called to ask about exchanging items and the lady on the phone was very rude. Made huffing puffing noises at me because I ask the questions several times. Date was August 21st at 1:32 pm

I purchased my embroidered employee scrubs here and could not be happier with my experience. The staff love the scrubs and Elaine, the office manager, made the whole process seamless (no pun intended). Great with communication and service.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Cashier named Elaine was extremely rude and just unhelpful. I hope the manager can train their staff to be kinder to customers and not talk to them like they’re stupid. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I walked in looking for Pewter grey scrubs this past Monday and when I say I tried on a LOT of items, probably 8 sets! The associate with the number 070922 that rang me up at the register was AMAZING! She helped me pick out scrubs and was so helpful in putting them back! I can’t wait to return and get more scrubs soon! I need to get a matching scrub jacket!

I’ve never left a review on anything but this deserved a review! Thomas from one of the stores in Indianapolis, IN is the most helpful worker this company has. He greeted me and my coworkers with a smile and made sure we had all the help we needed. They didn’t have my size in a specific scrub top and he went above and beyond to make sure I got the right top in the size I needed. He wasn’t working at his store, he was helping at the scrubs and beyond on 82nd St, which is the one I always go to. I have never been helped as much by another worker in there. He deserves a raise, just saying!
