I am writing this review to express my disappointment and frustration with an experience my family and I had at Sam’s Club. During our recent visit, one of the employees racially profiled us, grouping us with another Hispanic family simply because of our shared ethnicity.
As we approached the cashier, we noticed that she began scanning the items of the other Hispanic family along with ours. When we pointed out the mistake, instead of acknowledging her error, she blamed us, stating that we "did not let her know" that we were not together. This implies that it was our fault for not correcting her assumption that, because of our skin color, we must all be part of the same family.
What was most upsetting was her reaction. Instead of apologizing, she continued to make annoyed expressions and seemed visibly irritated with us. As a cashier, it is part of her job to focus on each customer’s items to avoid any mix-ups. However, instead of taking responsibility for her mistake, she chose to blame us for her racially biased assumption.
It is imperative that Sam’s Club addresses this behavior and ensures that all employees are trained to treat customers with respect and without prejudice.
I hope that by sharing this experience, Sam’s Club will take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future and foster a more inclusive and respectful environment for all customers.

Loooove this store. They have everything you need there.
I will say the customer service wasn’t the greatest. And they only had two lanes none for cash.. But the food court ladies were so nice!

Sam got always good products I’m happy with that’s but specially this Sam club customer service is junk if we some issue if we go there they never welcome,rude behavior,no smile at all looks like they are frustrated from life

Place is too crowded.. stocks / items are not fully and properly arranged... we responds to their surveys.. but nothing has changed, and it seems it worsen... :-(

Horrible customer service! I waited an hour to get my pickup order and Laurel said she wouldn’t get my order due to the spots being filled outside and THEY WERE NOT FULL. Everybody else has better pickup system than them . If I paid for my order and have a confirmation number for my order you should be able to give me my order!!!! 0/10 .

I don’t make it to this location often too far from my home but they have a totally different variety than the one on the Northside. I enjoyed the establishment clean and organized utilized Scan and Go feature!!

This Sam's club doesn't disappoint as far as a Sam's club goes. Like the "walk-in" cooler for some of their produce
It is a little complicated to get in and out of the parking lot, but not too bad once you know where to make the turns!
