Only one person had some decency. I showed up to get my new tire on my car. My appointment was at 3pm but I arrived right when they opened so I could see if I could get it done before then. I expected that I would have to wait. They said to come back in an hour and we can get that done for you. I arrive 45-50 minutes later (mind you, I was just sitting in my car in the parking lot where they fix the tires). Once I go inside to check, they then tell me that they have appointments every hour! Why didn’t they say that before? Anyway, I ask to just take my tires with me, then the person literally walks away. But one young man got me my times. 0/10 experience!

Sold us a bad car battery and refused to warranty it 3 months later due to our membership expiring. Off to Costco instead. ?No one should waste their time here.

They have always been good to us. Sometimes the waits are long (2hrs) but you are usually getting a free/discounted service. I've had many tires replaced for either free or prorated. Even our specialty ordered 295/35/21 (a $370 tire) was warrantied.

I love my trips to Sam's Club. They also have very delicious bakery items.We buy our water, trash bags, paper towels, etc. from Sam's Club and we save tons of money.

Need more staff. No one at counter as guys were working inside the shop. No one available to answer phone calls.. They replaced my blown out tire with a new one and placed my spare beneath my truck while I walked in side the store.

Well just wanted to say this business almost every time we have been to this store the coolers and freezers are leaking water and need worked done to them....the service desk people refused to take a paper shredder back because it just stopped working....it was there own brand Members Mark and we have to go through the manufacture???? So I guess they don't back up their own products....and it was over 90 days....well we will only be purchasing gas and water cooler bottles. The water cooler only uses certain bottles and you can't get them anywhere but Sams Club so we will not buy anything that is their brand.

Service and store were ok. However, during checkout, the app scan and payment were not working and required me to go through a line in order to finish and pay.

I bought my tires online and about a week later, I got the call for an appointment. When I checked in for my appointment one of the employees talked to me about the tires that I ordered versus what my needs were. He ended up going through some tires to make sure the tires that I ordered or what will fit my needs for the car and was very helpful. It took about an hour and I couldn't be more thankful for their service!

Ok hear me out!!! For $14 these tacos are so good and so easy!!! The chicken has great flavor the 2 sauces are both really good. My set came with 12 tortillas we didn't use them all. We stuff tacos way too full. It's the perfect easy and delicious meal. Cheap too! I heat the chicken and tortillas on the stove top because that's how I like my tortillas cooked but they can be microwaved. I would say it feed 3 if that's all you are eating, 4 if you add a side.

I hadn't shopped at a Sam's Club for several years, I usually shop Costco twice a month and I'm happy with it. But, I reveal offer for a $45 gift card with purchase of a $45 membership, and in addition my credit card offered a $20 rebate. So with a net gain of $20 I thought I would give it a try. First impressions: this is not Costco, rather more like a big Walmart. It seemed disorganized, and some aisles had fork trucks with product to be stocked blocking the way. Also, much of the merchandise seemed to be poorer quality. There aren't many name brand products as most are Member's Mark. What surprised me most was that many of the prices were higher than Costco prices for the same product. The one department I liked was fresh produce. The prices here were good and the produce looked fresh. However, some was very short-dated so you need to be aware and check the "best by" dates on everything. Check out was fast because there are many self- check lanes. However the line to get out the door was long because only one employee was checking receipts, and she had to re-scan several items in each cart. This was a slow process, and I shopped on a weekday morning. I can imagine the line would be longer and slower on a Saturday. So I gave it a try, but I will be returning to Costco for my shopping.

Not sure if they could make it any more difficult for a business to do business with them. Can't make adjustments online, can't call to resolve issues. In store only I guess. IT needs to pick it up.

The bakery department is just a hot mess. I had ordered 2 cakes for my daughter's birthday a month ahead of the party. I remember being very detailed with the order and even took a picture of the order slip for my records. I had called 2 days prior to the pick up date just to confirm the order (you could tell I was already on to something). Day of pick up I get only one cake and proceed to ask what about the other one. The lady acts like I'm crazy and goes to find the manager/team lead and has me wait for 20-30 minutes just to tell me they never made the other one. Excuse me?? What a total joke. I'm usually very understanding but if I call 2 days prior to pick up to confirm and have a copy of the order on my phone, not to mention ordered a month in advance; they should have no excuse as to why they weren't able to complete the order correctly. Call me high maintenance, it was inexcusable. Will no longer order cakes here and I tell all my friends and family the same.

This location is certainly not up to the standards I have come to expect from Sam's. Their meat cutters really need some closer supervision. We bought a package of pork chops that had a few on the top that looked great but it turned out they were hiding some pieces of pork that looked they had been cut by a kindergartner using blunt paper scissors. Overall Sam's is pretty good albeit not quite Costco but I would avoid this location.
