I am so devastated, THE STAFF STOLE ALL OF MY CLOTHES AND TOILETRIES. I loved staying here. My case manager Sonya was really helpful to me. That is why I just don't understand why they would do this to me. They told me they wouldn't run the cameras back to see what they did with my clothes. So a few days later, I came back with the police, and they refused to run the cameras back. Ms Ashe was very hurtful and told me to take them to small claims court. I am so hurt by them. It's not about the clothes and toiletries, it's the principle. Women in that situation are already going through bad things and you STEAL from them? And all the staff took up for each other. "EBONY" cleaned my room out on Saturday and rooms aren't supposed to be cleaned out on the weekends. This is devastating to me. They really hurt me. Please if you go to this shelter please please watch all your belongings...from residents as well as staff. The staff will literally take your clothes and shoes and wear them. I seen this with my own two eyes. But they are a family because they have worked there a long time so I see why they stuck up for each other. But at the same time, that was TRIFLING what yall did and it unfortunately will come back on you.

Stayed there many years ago, very rude treated you like prisoners, had to in room a certain time, this place is a joke don't go there, have to sign in to use phone , and back at certain time ,insane how these people treat you

My experience been a mess from my first week ....you have some that's nice staff but then there is the ones who talk and look down on your struggle ,judge you as well as taking the staff side who be in the wrong so when you get fed up and get upset you the bad person you are in the wrong , but mark my words GOD is going to shake this place because of the bad spirits that is working here, they better try and make mends repent and apologies to the people they have wronged ...you don't know who or how they are connected to GOD .....don't judge a book by its cover!!!

Staff is wonderful but some of the residents suck excuse my language not the place for me I think many people should be with many people women and kids should be women and kids single stay 45 days get on your way just my opinion

Ms Wilson accused me since day one of being a liar, playing games, and being high. She I found out is a liar (so possibly an addict and game player herself, as she projected the lying right on to me) a girl came down with covid, 5 days later a began running a fever/sick. I went to hospital first thing, tested positive. Once again, Wilson calls me a liar, said I was their only covid case (guess she didn't know the staff already informed us plus I spoke with staff) and I got accused right off of going outside and smoking. I never left my room like they said! Horrible treatment!! I had relatives that took me in to do my isolation. Thank God! Also staff steals the donations. Do not donate!!
