Unprofessional and Poor communication.
Messaged me less than 2 hours before appointment.
She Said,” Hello…….. doing your hair my car still getting fixed would you be able to come to around same time 4”
Though she seemed to struggle with structuring sentences, punctuation and grammar, I assumed what she was trying to say was just go ahead and come in at 4 (instead of 3:30 as planned).
I assumed her car was getting worked on and maybe it was just taking a little longer. Not a problem.
But that wasn’t the case.
I wasted gas driving over an hour in this cold just for her to tell me she meant TOMORROW at 4.
When I called, people were yelling and cussing in the background. She was very sharp and really couldn’t care less about the miscommunication (at least that was her vibe and how she treated me).
It’s very disappointing because I like to keep the black dollar in our community.
But some of us just be out here ghetto and doing things without the spirit of excellence.
Had big plans that are now ruined because of last minute cancellation.
Very disappointed.
I’m not saying she’s not talented at what she does. She might be good with hair. I’ll never know. but the way she handles her clients is NOT for me.
She’s rude and doesn’t move like a First Class professional
We gotta do better. Smh

Very ghetto wouldn’t recommend. ? Went in to see courtnee she has amazing photos of hair on internet. met her through a friend. Idk why she chose to burn me. The appointment was last minute I paid the last minute fee. She had no idea what to do with my hair when I got there the day before I had put a fresh black rinse in my hair. When I got to the shop court suggested to bleach my knots the wig was not completely dry she put in on my hair and it turned my hair green. Which I didn’t notice until the next day when I had to take my wig off because she had burned me really bad with a hot comb on both sides of my head. The scars was bad the wig was pulling on the burns and the glue was making it itch I removed the wig to notice my hair was green. When I contacted her about the issue she didn’t care at all. Said my hair had a reaction to the chemicals. ? she didn’t know what she was doing she didn’t glue my wig down in the back she’s the stylist she knows it’s to go down. I asked her to fix it she said no and sent me $50. I gave $200 worst experience ever and it was my first time getting a wig glued on. Smh she must had a secret issue with me maybe I was too beautiful. Idk.

I toured the place about a month ago and I loved it. I would definitely recommend renting a studio here. The rooms are very customizable and the people that work here give the salons an amazing setting. The salons are in a great location and in a great environment for renting. Chris did an amazing job showing me around the salons, and he is amazing with time management. He is always on time, if not early, and is always able to shift his pace due to your needs. I highly recommend renting a space here because of the friendly and comfortable environment. If you are thinking about renting here, I highly suggest you do! It will be a great investment for you and your future!

Chris did an amazing job showing me around the salons, and he is amazing with time management. He is always on time, if not early, and is always able to shift his pace due to your needs. I was warned to edit my review and remove some things as this compromises the way he does business to get more traffic in the door. When Chris took over from the previous owner he reached out to I guess all potential leasers including myself.... we spoke on the phone just one week prior and he quoted me a price and he did mention there would be a deposit. I get there today to tour the salon, he honestly seemed unprepared, he wasn’t dressed to be meeting a potential person he’d be doing business with. I could tell he didn’t remember the previous conversation at all as he was quoting different pricing than what he mentioned on the phone ... the room he “would be willing to do for the price he quoted wasn’t even in showable condition, it looked more to me like it was being used for storage which tells me the quoted price was just used to get me in the door, which is unprofessional and made him seem very untrustworthy and because of these things I will not be doing business and wouldn’t recommend it to others. It was very disappointing, I was so eager to sign tbh the pricing isn’t terrible but also isn’t worth the asking prices considering they don’t have a lot to offer.

I'm so upest...I went in for a highlight and Beth fried my hair so badly I can't leave my hair down it's fried almost all the way to top of my head I was there for almost 6hrs pd 160 $ as she was yelling at her son terrible experience there is nothing I can do to fix my hair unless I cut it all off?
