I'm not sure about the rest of the hair stylists but I set an appointment with Julianna Justus for 11:30 on Wednesday. Took off work early, drove 20 minutes to get there, she texts me at 11:25 saying she can't make it. Won't be trying her again. Upset my time is wasted and my hair looks bad lol

STAY AWAY!!If I could give her (JuliaAnna) 0, I would. And Salon Lofts is horrible too.You can’t get in the building & there’s no receptionist. It’s cold. I wanted 20 min.I rang bell. I texted stylist DumbAnna 2x & I called her 2 times. She did not apologize. It was one excuse after another.0 professionalism for her & anyone in that building. They don’t answer phone & have no voice mail.

Our daughter went to JulieAnn to get her hair dyed deep blue. 3 failed attempts. First came out dark brown; 2nd - shades of teal and she gave our minor daughter a ride home without notification or permission because she ran out of time. Our daughter arrived hair wet, dye in her ears, neck and sides of her face. 3rd came out black with barely any hints of blue. Our teen daughter came out of it in devastated and out $350 of her own earned money and nowhere close to the color she wanted (picture provided). She was told that after a couple of washes, there will be more blue. This is not what a professional does. She needs to be up front that she cannot or does not know how to do it. Our daughter had her hair dyed twice before without issue or damage.

I'd recommend Hair by Shani (inside Salon Lofts) for anyone with curly hair... It's her specialty and after a year of going to her, my curls are so healthy and I love the natural look!

Special occasion appt. JulieAnn texted me asking to move later. I said I booked so I would have time to get to the party I was hosting. We agreed on 15 min later. 35 min later she still wasn’t there. She said she would meet me at the destination and “not charge me”. Yeah ok. You’re the one who is late. 5:35 still hadn’t showed. Over an hour late. Finally I had the facility staff go get supplies and they put my hair up for me.Service: Hairstyling

Warning! Do not book with Julieanna Justus! She basically charged my teenage daughter for a cut and style and did just quick trim and sent her home with wet, unstyled hair because she was so far behind. Julieanna was an hour later and "threw in" a condition treatment for the trouble- didn't tell her she was supposed to leave it in 2 hours and then rinse- and sent her out the door with a mop of wet hair despite charging $75 plus tip (my daughter was shocked and didn't know what to do so she tipped and left upset).! That isn't even how that treatment is supposed to be given- it's mainly for treated hair(hers is not) and a multi step in salon treatment. None of the Oliplex treatments are supposed to be left on for 2 hours.not meant to be worn home. There were clients stacked up she was so far behind and Im sure she thought with my daughter being a teen she could slap a treatment on her instead of actually completing the service, My daughter went there to have her hair styled- who wants to pay $100 for a cut and leave w with dripping wet hair? ! Yet she charged full price (not even the teen price). So $100 and a wet head of hair later- my daughter's Friday night was ruined because she had to sit at home and wait to shower again for 2 hours (because of some bogus treatment instructions) and she didn't have styled hair that she was looking forward to. It takes a teen a long time to earn $100. I would actually give Julieanna a break if she has some persons on problem and was having a terrible day - she was calling her kid the whole time- but she didn't make it right and it even gets a whole lot worse. During the trim, Julieanna offered to do my daughter's hair for prom and they set an appointment for prom day a week later. Despite the awful experience there wasn't enough time to schedule elsewhere. I insisted my daughter keep the appointment (and not stand someone up- we are considerate of people's time) I went with her to ensure she wouldn't get ripped off again. Julieanna was not even there- she had a client processing and the client said she was running behind (surprise!) and "went to get towels" a while ago and hadn't come back. She was not getting towels - in fact she was gone for over 50 minutes off the property w her nervous client processing alone in the salon. The entire building was searched- I even told people I had narcan in case she had overdosed in a bathroom or something. Staff looked through the whole building and she was not there. She also wasn't answering her phone and still hasn't returned my call. What stylist disappears w a client in their salon processing? I checked on the girl processing several times- I was worried about her hair and she was too- she didn't know what happened to Julieanna and thought it was probably time to rinse. I considered offering to rinse her hair for her. thankfully another stylist walked by and I explained what was going on and she generously offered to help us out. She did my daughter's hair for prom and I am so glad we didn't give Julieanna any more money. Before her hair was finished Julieanna came running into the building from College avenue. She made brief eye contact w my daughter but didn't say a thing as she ran past us presumably to rinse her poor client who had been waiting. It was also her prom night and I'm sure she had other things to do. I hope Julieanna saw someone else had to step up and do my daughter's hair because of her being a no-show on prom day. I did have my daughter text Julieanna after being charged for the services she wasn't given during the first appt.,- Julieanna could have made things right any number of ways but she double downed and took no accountability. I want to let people know, something isn't right with julieanna Justus or her business practices. Don't send teens to her- don't make an appointment if you don't have extra hours to wait to be seen or she takes off mid service. It turns out she had a
