3 levels and each escalator has a sign stating what's on each floor. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable about each brand they're promoting/selling.

I'm a thrift store shopper who wanted to see how the elite shop. After looking at the price of a sandal, I said to my friend, "Don't touch anything! We can't afford to break anything here!" Shoes over $600, purses over $1,200...not in my budget. Loved the half mannequin walking the mannequin dog! Quality over quantity here. Instead of shelves and tables full of merchandise, the store seemed practically empty. Carefully displayed merchandise. Funny thing is I've seen some of this same stuff in thrift stores at prices I'm willing to pay! I'm thankful for my humble upbringing so I don't feel obligated to pay this much to achieve a certain status!

Excellent shopping experience today provided by Jonny! I return to this Saks Fifth Ave because of his amazing service. I have purchased multiple items from him now. He helps everyone the same which is why I return to him. Anyone shopping at saks should ask for Jonny! Helped me multiple times even when I didn’t purchase an item he was always friendly so I have now came back to him many times! Thank you so much for being awesome and because of Jonny Saks Fifth has re earned my business!

Shop staff was exceptionally rude. Refused to offer help and gave me attitude when I asked. I think I overheard them mention my race as well in less-than-polite terminology..

Terrible service! You would think their customer service would be exceptional for the amount of money they charge for “high end “ products. This summer 2023 I purchased a pair of Fendi sunglasses and they broke 4 months later while trying to put them on. I went to Saks personally and they gave me the phone number for Fendi and when I called they re-directed me to Saks since they purchase the items from them. Basically, they said they were liable for my glasses (Saks). When I called back they said they couldn’t do anything for me since they don’t have much information in their system ( he was able to find the date and dollar amount I paid with my email) and redirected me to the actual store. There was a lot of back and forth and never was able to get through again with someone from the actual store. I decided to go to an optometrist in target and they fixed them without hesitation in less than 5 minutes AND did not charge me at all! This is was the worst experience ever! I paid a pretty penny for these “high end sunglasses” for the glasses to break in less than 6 months and not only that for them not to help me. I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! If I could I would give them 0 stars.

It is not the largest Saks, but it is neatly organized across 2 floors. The store is very clean and easy to navigate. Fitting rooms are immaculate. While the selection is not the same as in larger cities, you still get quality clothes, shoes, and accessories, and decent service. Plus, you can always order online and pick up in store (or get delivery to your door). They frequently have discounts and sales, so you can find some really good bargains (sign up for emails and get their mobile app). All the employees are welcoming and helpful. Special shoutout to Cory who is an ambassador for Boss men's - always attentive, friendly, and professional. This is some of the finest shopping experiences in Indianapolis, and even for someone like me who doesn't like shopping for clothes - I enjoy coming here!

I will never buy online from this Thief ring! I made $6,000+ worth of purchases. Had to return around $2,000 worth of items. They only sent me a return gift card for $1,100 ish. So frustrated! They stole from me! An the customer service is horrible! I hope this entire company goes bankrupt so they can’t steal from others!!!!
