This shop @ 86th st is the most unprofessional shop I have ever seen in my life mainly management. If I could give 0 stars I would. Been waiting on a phone call from manager Racheal for a week and have yet heard anything. And this is after calling the shop with no answer then having to call 800# They screwed up they were late both times second time to fix their screw up that Racheal gave attitude about while on speakerphone with a tech because I noticed their screw up. This company is a joke. I paid out of pocket almost $600.0 for a service and was let down. I will be reporting to the BBB. If y’all can’t take your job seriously find a new one.

I have been a customer here since my first window repair many years ago after a break-in. Since then, they have never ceased to amaze me with their customer service! The receptionist was darling (I’m sorry I forgot her name!) and gave me a smile that lasted throughout the rainy yucky day. The technician, Jason, was AMAZING and had exceptional customer service skills. He called to inform me of some minor, but important, information regarding my 4Runners previous owner’s windshield replacement (that they foolishly and clearly didn’t go to a Safelite to get it done at, lol). When picking up my vehicle, there happened to be a technician in the lobby, who also had exceptional service, by answering a couple questions I had enthusiastically and with genuine care. I will always go to this Safelite location for any and all window replacements/repairs. You won’t regret it!

They glued down my outside rubber seal and half of it is in the window. It's been a couple years but the glue just broke on the outside seal but it's pushed inside the window as well.?

First, I called. The automatic voice told me to schedule an appointment on their website. I went there. I kept clicking through the calendar until I got through 18 months. Every time slot for 18 months was taken. I don't believe in this tremendous popularity. I believe their scheduling system doesn't work. But I was left without a recourse. Funny enough, I got an email encouraging me to finish booking. I went to a local shop and got a next day service. Happy.

Took my vehicle into the shop to replace a cracked windshield in early December. The work on the windshield itself was excellent as was the communication up until payment was made. During the replacement of the windshield the technician broke the wiper blade arm on the drivers side. They stated a replacement was ordered and as soon as it came in they would come to me or I could pop in and they would install it right away. Well, it is now the end of January and the only communication I get from them is when I go through the painful process of going thru their automated system trying to get someone to talk to and then when I finally do it always 'sorry, it still just shows no ETA'.

I had an appointment for a repair yesterday and they no called and no showed and that was even after I called for an update midway through the 5 hour window I had to set aside for the appointment. Today I got an automatic rescheduling notice for a date and time that doesn’t work for me but all I can reach is a call center and not the actual shop. They don’t have a location where I can bring my vehicle for a repair and they will not communicate.Updated to a 3 star review. I was able to reschedule my appt to this morning, and the tech called me with updates on timing. Brian was great.

We made an appointment to get our windshield replaced as the crack is growing with the cold. My 4 month old daughter had to come with to the appointment due to a last minute change of plans. We drove the +35mins to get there early, we arrived and handed over the keys. I asked where the restroom was and if there was a changing table in there- they said no. I asked if there was one anywhere in the facility- they said there was not. There were NO accommodations for anyone who may have had to bring their child along.Then after sitting for a bit, they told us they were unable to do the replacement today due to the weather. I understand needing better weather for a calibration test but why was I not contacted prior to our appointment? Then when asked when I would like to reschedule I asked how they planned to let me know if weather was an issue again in the future and their solution was for me to arrive early and ask if it was able to happen. I asked why not call me or email me that we need to reschedule? And the gentleman at the desk said it was not safelite’s responsibility to inform clients ahead of time if the appointment is unable to happen….. what???Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

The guy who came to replace my windshield didn't seem to know what he was doing at all! He was mad about something, slamming his door & it took him over 2 hrs! He left scratches on my car, left his trash on the ground! My window isn't lined up correctly! U can't see the VIN # at all now! I've tried reaching out to let someone know & they never got back with me!

Mobile service not dependable, they show up when they want not during scheduled visits, reschedule you without even asking. I gave them % hour window, they showed up 1.5 hours early before I got home from work and then left because I was not there. (which is why I scheduled from 12- to 5 when I would be there) Then they rescheduled for next day without consulting me, also for when I would NOT be there.
