The worst place in the world to load, I have been at the door since 4 in the afternoon, it is more than 11:30 and they still go to the office and they do nothing, they think that one can stay and live here

The only reason I'm giving out a one star is because I feel they did me dirty. They were finished unloading me, but never gave me a green light nor unhook my bumper. The only reason I finally got to leave after 4+hours of sitting, was because the yard driver needed my spot to put an empty trailer. He had to call on the walkie to tell them to give me a green light.

Arrived the night before my load was ready to drop my mt trailer.. came back in the morning for the loaded one. Got a dock number and was told to pull in front of but don’t connect until I got a green light.. was in and out in an hourLots of room to maneuver and didn’t feel rushed.. guard shack personnel were nice.. yard dogs were friendly and helpful because I couldn’t find my parking spot

I arrived super early for my 10p appt. I got there at around 1p. They called me to a door around 1906. Loading took a while to start. I checked at 1245am by looking btwn the trailer and their door and could see the door still open. Loading was done around 0311 cause that's when I woke up again. No one came to the door and the light was still red. I ulled away from the door after making sure their door was closed. They had the audacity to have me overweight. I spoke to the nice woman at the guard shack. She stated that they don't come in until 6a.I went to sleep woke up at 0703. You DEFINITELY NEED A SCALE TICKET to prove you're over weight. Got at door to be reworked at 0728 and didn't leave until 1026a.So I arrived at 1256p o. 7/10 and left 1026a on 7/11. I gave two stars because the lady at the desk was really nice.

This Shipper is one of the slowest non truck driver friendly places. Avoid if possible.I recently had the displeasure of dealing with this shipper. They are one of the slowest and most non-truck driver friendly places I have ever dealt with. The parking is terrible, and they don't allow you to arrive more than 15-20 minutes early. I would advise avoiding this shipper if possible.Here are some of the problems I had with this shipper:* The parking is terrible. There is only a small lot, and it is always full. If you can't find a spot in the lot, you have to park on the street, which is very inconvenient.* They don't allow you to arrive more than 15-20 minutes early. This is very inconvenient.* The staff is very rude and unhelpful. They don't seem to care about the drivers at all.* The process of unloading and loading is very slow. It took several hours to load my truck.Overall, I would not recommend this shipper to anyone. They are one of the slowest and most non-truck driver friendly places I have ever dealt with. I would advise avoiding them if possible.If you are looking for a shipper, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This shipper is not worth the hassle.
