Worked with Mark Hardin and Ruoff Mortgage on our close. We had some challenges with another lender who was being unresponsive and just didn't feel like they cared.
Mark came in at the 11th hour from a recommendation and saved the day. The process was easy, simple and we were given udpates all along the way. Mark and Courtney (Loan officer) were attentive, and diligent. They found solutions and worked with us not against us.
Ultimately they helped close a deal for us in 12 days and helped make my family's dreams come true.
I will refer anyone to Mark Hardin's team in the future. And if the time comes where we do move, he'll be my one and only call for a loan.

At times confusing information given. One person would say one thing and then another would say something different. Would have been better if dealt with one mortgage agent and one secretary. Better communication and explanations would improve experience. I would work with them again.

Brit was very communicative and efficient at getting us through the loan process. As first time homebuyers, we had no idea what we needed to do on any level and Brit helped us complete the process step-by-step while also helping us choose the loan options that worked best for us.All in all it was a surprisingly painless experience, considering that, going into this endeavor, everybody we talked to who had purchased a home had told us that this part would be awful. And we owe that all to Brit and Ruoff.
