I only utilize laundromats on an occasional basis and only when some laundry pile up too much. But out of all of the laundromats in which I have been to, this is the CLEANEST, NICEST AND MOST CONVIENT one I have ever utilized!!!
There are times when I decided to get 3-4 sets of sheets/blankets done at once and then machines do a SUPERB JOB!!!!!
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!

Excellent service from pickup to delivery. I highly recommend Royal Laundromat at 96th and Allisonville Road. Come home to clean, perfectly folded laundry every time.

Great place! Sarah was very sweet and helpful! Super friendly and good environment! You can have them do it for a fee or do it yourself as long as you get a card (for free) and pay through that. Its great and ill come here again! The price is good!

I had plumbing issues and as a self employed massage therapist I needed access to washer/dryer to have clean sheets for clients. Arrived here in a bit of a frenzy and Sarah, an employee, was so calm and informative and helped me every step the way as I had never used a laundromat before. Her vibe made my day. The place was clean. I got lucky as it was a Saturday and I was able to quickly get my laundry finished

Washing my 9x12 Ruggable Rug here! Really busy on a Sunday but the woman in charge was more than happy to help and make suggestions. She was also very helpful with suggestions. Very clean place! A little more seating would be great, but still a great place.

I cleaned and dried a king sized comforter. The facility was clean, and the machines worked as expected. The attendant at this facility was friendly and very helpful. There was ample parking, with easy access in and out of the strip mall. I recommend Royal Laundromat, and will be back next time it’s needed.

There were difficulties getting the money cards loaded . They were fixed by a technician right away. Pretty clean. Very helpful staff.

I’m a travel nurse and have needed to use laundromats each week. I have visited several in the Indianapolis area. This is the very clear winner! The machines are extremely clean and staff very helpful! I also loved that you use a credit card to buy a payment card. No more lugging around a million quarters!!

I drop off a large comforter several times a year. They are very friendly and have it ready to pick up quickly. I've been using their services for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The place is clean but the dryers SUCK!! Usually when I do my laundry I can get my clothes dry in about 24-30 minutes. NOT happening here. They are still damp and the attendant didn't say anything about making sure I was happy with doing business here. I WOULDN'T recommend doing your clothes here!!!!
