Already planning to go back!!!! Got 5 piercings. 4 with device and 1 with needle. Everyone is nice and made me feel comfortable. Wish the single earrings weren't so expensive though.

The nurse who assisted us was great, super friendly and informative.I will say, we had to wait very long. We arrived at 3:35pm for a 3:45pm appointment and were not called back until 4:10pm. I realize appointments can run behind but not everyone has time to wait around almost 30 min past their scheduled appointment time.

They were very efficient and the service was quick. I definitely will be back to get my other childs ears pierced
