We’ve been customers for 10 years and never had an issue (but also never filed a claim). The one time this year we had an issue, the claim process was miscommunicated and mishandled. We’re taking our insurance business elsewhere because if you can’t assist when we need it and just excel at sending birthday and holiday cards, we need a new agency.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. I have had insurance for many, many years and have always asked for a $1,000 deductible. Ross put me into a 1% deductible of State Farms value of the home. Ross told me State Farm switched to a percentage rating in 2018. Three other State Farm agents told me that this policy changed in Indiana in the last 2 years. I never knew there was a percentage of the property option. If when I first got the insurance and State Farm was changing the normal deductible policy of all insurance companies, this should have been explained in detail and he did not do that. I asked for $1,000 and he gave me 1% relying on the fact that most people do not look that closely because most agents are not liars. I also found out I could have had an option of 1/5 percent. He never advised me of that. I was leaving Farmers and getting quotes. He wanted new business and he lied to get it.Are you aware all policies with State Farm in Indiana, If you are just now checking and finding out your deductible is a percentage and you were not advised please log on to Facebook, I Hate State Farm, and join the lawsuit.Do not believe anything that comes out of this man's mouth. He confirmed he lied to me when he said you can sue me, but you will never win. It was obvious that others have already confronted him with this problem.

Absolutely wonderful family business to work with. Been a customer for about 10 years never had a issue and have filed 2 accident claims with them and they went very smoothly!!!
