I was walking thru the mall the other day with a friend, and we passed by Zales across from Rogers & Hollands, and I saw a watch that caught my eye. The people were busy, and instead of showing me any interest or greeting me or telling me they'd be with me shortly, they ignored me at Zales. I walked away after 15 minutes. Right across from Zales, however, was this awesome business. They had the same watch I liked, and the manager was busy with someone else and still showed me regard and then promptly got with me. He was informative, helpful, and relatable. He also gave me a better deal than what Zales had on the tag and fit my watch for me. My friend with me appreciated this store so much, he purchased a new watch from Joshua @ Rogers and Hollands, too. 10/10 Customer Experience Rating. Jewelry is an investment and carries sentiment - thank you!

From entering the the store till leaving the store I can actually say that their kindness, honesty and cleanliness is to the tee (meaning top notch) I appreciate the jewelry cleaning from them and information about jewelry.

My fiancé and I originally went to the mall to look at Zales. Please don’t waste your time with them, keep on walking to Roger’s and Holland’s. Josh and his team immediately greeted us. Josh is so personable and kind. I feel like it has to be impossible to not like the people working there. He truly cares about the company and his customers. He told a little back story about the company and basically made us feel so good for picking the right place. He took his time and pieced together the most beautiful rings. He made the experience feel like you were speaking with a friend and not a business transaction. My wedding set should be in any day now from getting resized, and I cannot wait to wear it come June 1st. Thank you all so much! I will forever be a customer of yours!
