Food was great. Server was great, but it took almost an hour to get our food. For what we ordered (sandwiches, a pizza, and a steak) and the fact they were not too busy at the time. It should have come out sooner. I am happy we tried the North location and happy with the server but we had a much nicer experience at the downtown location.

We've been here many times before and this visit was just so-so. Our waitress wasn't very personable and not as attentive as the servers usually are. It was our daughter's 12th birthday and nothing was done. In the past they have offered a complimentary dessert, but nothing this time. Barely a “happy birthday” was said to her. I was hoping for a special meal here to celebrate but it wasn't that great.

We got the parlay. I haven't been there in awhile I didn't know they changed it. They now serve all on one plate. I hate having hot and cold food together. If I would have known that I would have requested my shrimp cocktail and my salad earlier. Salad was so small served in a little cup. This meal was half the size the serving size it use to be. It took a very long time to get our food. No wonder it's all on one plate. Server dropped off the dessert menu when we just started our eating our food. Food tasted great. But value and portion size .... Not good.

Everyone from the front attendant to the waiter to the rest of the staff was absolutely so very nice to us. Food was absolutely amazing more than I could eat so happily I have leftovers! the atmosphere was beautiful and the restaurant was spotlessly clean

We came here for our anniversary and are glad we did. Serge and the rest of the staff did a great job taking care of us. The food was good and the staff was awesome. They were crowded tonight so the noise was a little louder than usual, but not so loud you could not talk to each other.

Our steaks were to die for! Could have cut them with a butter knife, cooked to perfection and expertly seasoned! My green bean side was plentiful and tasty. Signature shrimp cocktail lived up to its claim to be “extra spicy”. Our waitress didn't bat an eye when I asked for mild cocktail sauce on the side. No room for dessert so we got cheesecake to go...definitely recommend the cheesecake! We had an early reservation so the noise level was at a minimum. A little pricey but well worth it!

It has been a while since I visited this restaurant and it was very busy for 7:15 seating. We had been to theater downtown TheCABARET, so the quiet of the patio was fine. However the wine choice by the glass for whites was sadly limited. Only 1 Sauvignon Blanc! Since I was a dinner guest of my friend, I was surprised by the size servings of red meat. 8 oz and up.

Seated on the patio it was rainy but pleasant outside. The chairs did not scoot so you had to pick your chair up to get up which isn't always easy to do. Also the covered patio chairs next to us were unappealing. NY strip, mashed potatoes, lobster saccetti, shrimp cocktail and Woodford Reserve bread pudding were delicious. Service was good although we had to wait on plates to eat with our shrimp cocktail. I just expect a bit more for $200 meal.

Overall it was an ok experience. Our server was really good, so no issues there. For the appetizer, we got the fried ravioli. It was not seasoned and you only got three. For the price, not worth it. The salad was a good value, as it was much bigger than we thought so we ended up sharing it. Now comes the steak. For $54, you would think the steak would be tender and cooked how I wanted. I ordered it medium and it came medium rare. Unfortunately, my wife and I were in a bit of a hurry to pick up our child, so I didn't say anything, but there was also a large piece of fat in the middle of the steak which made those parts inedible. We sat in a booth, but there were two different large parties next to us. They were very loud and sometimes it was even hard to hear my wife and I talk to each other. I know it's not the restaurants fault, per se, but it killed the ambiance. I'm not sure we would eat here again, but if we do, I for sure will not get the ravioli or any steak. I do want to reiterate that our server was top notch, so kudos to him.

Overall a very lackluster experience. We called several days before to try and make the table larger so the grandparents could join us and the female we spoke with was rude and wouldn't even think about accommodating us. When we got there they had open tables all around us and it just thinned out more and more as the night went on. It took a while just to be greeted by the server and 20 minutes to get water out to the table. Service was very slow overall. Our daughter turned 18 today and this was her birthday request. Her steak was served rare and she asked for medium. It took 20 minutes to get it corrected and the rest of us were already done eating. The steaks, chicken, and swordfish were all over salted. The manager came over and tried to make it right but it was too little too late for that. Very disappointed and I wish we would've gone elsewhere for a birthday dinner. I never felt wowed or taken care of all at any point during the evening. We came to spend money and enjoy the evening but it very disappointing. Not at all what we were expecting from a high caliber restaurant group.

We enjoy Harry and Izzy's because you can enjoy a special salad, sliders, their great shrimp cocktail or a delicious steak or fresh fish. Tonight, I went simple with barrata salad and onion soup (so yummy), my husband enjoyed his usual, blackened cod with an ample serving of green beans. We HAD to get shrimp cocktail. Delicious!!

Both our steaks were undercooked. Long period of time before the waiter would return and he discussed his birthday and how much alcohol, he consumed. I added for additional cost a horseradish butter to my steak but it tasted like blue cheese. I scrapped it off my undercooked 60 dollar ribeye. Waiter told me I was a smart man for doing so. Absolutely ridiculous..... only positive of the dinner was the shrimp cocktail. Been to Harry's and Izzy Saint Elmo‘s I will not be returning The waiter kept trying to push dessert on us and we explained we did not want any and I wanted our check Then he drop the dessert menu on the table. We didn't see him again for 15 minutes and we are ready to leave. For quarter of money, I should've went to Texas roadhouse and received better service and a better steak. When a consumer pays $60 and $55 for a ribeye and fillet, it should be correct. He was actually told to butterfly the fillet, but he did not listen..... I do not recommend

Tried Devour at Harry & Izzy's & was not disappointed. Had their famous Shrimp Cocktail, Caesar salad and one blackened COD and one chicken breast. Everything was great. We usually sit in the dining room but chose the bar for our early dinner. Good time and always great service.

We had a fantastic waitress. Debbie took care of our needs and did it with a wicked sense of humor which we all appreciated. Sliders were great but the French onion soup (which is usually pretty good) lacked flavor.
