David and Grant were very nice and helpful. Good knowledge of my trade and the vehicle I wanted. Willing to negotiate and gave plenty of options.

DISGUSTED with this "business" I am a young girl who DROVE 9 HOURS for a decently priced Cadillac Escalade I saw online. I live in a very rural area where there were no used cars decently priced I was remotely interested in. My old car was totaled and was in a pinch. Mind you, they knew I was making the king drive days before. I get there and the purchase went smooth enough even though they refused to take me to the airport to drop off my rental so I had to spend more money on an Uber. Within maybe two weeks of getting it home I notice a headlight is out and the breaks are squeaking. KEEP IN MIND THEY HAVE AN AUTO SHOP ATTACHED TO THEIR BUILDING. It gave an alarm for an oil change shortly after I got it. I got the oil changed. TODAY I SEE A LARGE LIQUID SUBSTANCE LEAKING FROM MY CAR I DIP MY FINGERS,SURE ENOUGH ITS OIL! This vehicle has cost me nothing but more and more money since I got it and money is right as it is! They have completely screwed me over either knowingly or they didn't even care to check the vehicle at all. This business is repulsive and vial for taking advantage of me (they knew I was a military veteran as well!) Please save your money and look else where!

Richardson is a top notch dealer. Recently I was looking for a specific model car, that at the time they did not have on their lot. After discussing my exact needs, I figured well that's that. Well it wasn't at all, within a few days, I got a call from Gary, himself giving me some options on what he was able to find. I was both suprised & very pleased. He really listened to my needs and went out of his was to find a perfect match. Great guy, great treatment and a great pleasure to deal with. If you're in need, I suggest you give Richardson's a try!

Got my 2006 Chrysler 300 almost 2 yrs ago not problem what so ever. Joseph and is dad are great and will have your back as long as u communicate. Will go to them again and refer as well…..

My father has been friends with the owners for many years so back in 2018 he recommended that I buy my car from here so I did. I must say I have yet to be disappointed, the car I bought from Joseph has been a beauty and was in amazing shape when I got it. There was a few minor issues with it when I got it, but they fixed everything free of charge. I have since paid off the car and the car continues to run amazing to this day many thousands of miles later, I highly recommend this business for cars and their repair shop is top to none with the work and care they put in. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Absolutely wonderful. They had very nice cars and a very nice selection of cars. Joseph was so helpful and patient with me when I was trying to decide what vehicle suited me best. He was upfront and honest about everything and made the buying process run very smoothly. I will most definitely be back and I will be sending everyone I know, that needs a reliable car, from good people, here. The process was so quick and easy too. Richardson Auto has always been a pleasure to work with. They’ve sold our business 2 trucks now. An F-150 & a Dodge Dakota. They’ve also sold an F-350 for us. Joseph has always been very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful throughout the process. Not knowing much about cars, it feels great knowing there’s a used dealership out there I can trust.

I bought a 2012 van from them cash money. Within a week I began to have problems which ultimately resulted in a bad transmission. Joesph seemed like he cared yet only enough to get me to bring it back for his brother to fix so they could drive it past the lemon law. Van was said to have no accidents ... that was a lie as well. Point is they sell bad cars with no remorse. Trust me I am not the only one that has felt with them in this manner
