$23 a box of tomatoes plus taxes, the tomatoes and almost half of them are that bad... I didn't give the money to them rotten. It's expensive and for them to come out like this is a loss.

JT is a bad manager get. Get him out the there before u lose all ur customers. He’s telling customers to not come back because they mark them price wrong. Very sad

Very very bad management. Specially the assistant manager JT. I went to buy merchandise and the price on the sell and the one on the system was different so I asked for clarification and JT just went off on me. Like I’m a customer for god sick and apparently there’s more people out there that he told them never to come back to the store. So u guy have a rude manager in the store kicking all customers away. Bad experience and I will never put my feet or any family members feet there ever again. I have video recording too that will b posted really soon on how rude and disrespectful he was.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with Penny. When I went into the store this morning, the store overcharged me for cilantro. I had to pay 3x the amount I actually wanted to buy. Later when I saw this on my receipt, I called the store’s number to which I was hung up on after being on hold for 5 minutes. I called them again to which the receptionist tried to hand it over to the manager Penny who abruptly ended the line. I called for the final time to which Penny had complete disregard for the situation, and giving a meager solution, ended the call on me again while I was still speaking. Disappointed!!

Today , I going to shopping the store and the store manager was very rude and disrespectful and discriminate .I don’t I understand how you’re hired like store managers. The manager said get out my store. I feel like so bad and uncomfort to shopping.

Very bad customer service, 9:45 and nobody can helpme to get something from the top of the shelf, because the manager was not at the store yet!!!!

I came here on Saturday 4/6/2024 to buy few item. Bought a box of honeycomb 8piece tripe but when I defrost it today 4/8/24. The tripe is full of hair. I called the customer support number, they insisted it has to be in the box before they can accept the return.

Check your receipt before you leave as some of the prices posted next to the goods are not the ones you will see on your receipt. I purchased 50 pounds of chicken tights $0.60 per pound got charged $1.48 per pound came home and it was chicken brest. Go figure ?. Some of the bulk Qty is much more expensive here than Sam's or other bulk stores. The store is cluttered and it have a warehouse feeling...not clean, yet to each it's own. There are some great deals on frozen foods. I will shop there again.

A good place to buy things specially halal meat for cheap. Just make sure you have the right clothes on before you enter the freezer. Pair of Gloves is a must.We were never lucky with the quality of halal mutton hence the four stars.They also have veggies, snacks and dairy products at a great price.

I been fighting to get some help to address issues I have been dealing with for a few months now. I was in store to purchase an item and as always this particular location is trash no real leadership in building presence that's not a new things look at reviews for a years and still have same Branch Manager Brian and Assistant manager TJ who do not have any manners or respect for anyone. When I am in store looking for an item I needed and not instock so asked if other available option I will purchase and if it works I will keep it and if doesn't then I will return. Guess what I came back to return an item which did not serve the purpose I needed for nothing wrong with item. Now I am service desk returning an item I have digit al receipt but not paper copy so while I am checking my options how do I present paper copy, Assistant manger walked and said hey that's over $1500 item we are not going to take return...wait a sec...so I was asked to present receipt so I asked my brother to come with receipt and while I am waiting for receipt..He looked at box and asked have you used and me being honest yes and as we discussed prior to purchasing this item if it works them I will keep and since it doesn't solve what i need for I need to return. we are not taking return and I can call branch manager and of course Store manager Manager Brian walk in and without knowing anything as my assistant manager said we are not taking return since covid, we have stop taking returns regarding food items. remember this business is food services so all I will say only get what you need and try to avoid as much as you can this place , hopefully company will find better leadership 1 day. Also note , I reached out other parties who are involved with company and they are like sorry who have to deal with them not much they can do so not sure what they have so company still keeping them.
