Fairly recently we switched our services to Republic. It's been nothing short of total satisfaction. Janice is my point of contact and is always so pleasant to interact with. The drivers are prompt and polite. We thoroughly enjoy working with Republic Services.

Our rep Diana was great to work with.I was a bit disappointed that Republic decided to implement Smart Trucks. The poorly-implemented system raised our trash hauling costs by nearly double. Our new contract gets costs back under control so that we can manage our business better and maintain our relationship with Republic
