Upside: clean and well-organized like most other shops in the IND airport. You'll find everything from magazines and soda to chewing gum and recent book releases. Downside: I visited at 3:40 pm on Saturday, May 20, and the woman working the counter was on her personal cell for the full five minutes I was in the shop. Not once did she acknowledge or greet me. It seems like yesterday people would hide their cells under the desk and sheepishly text and work and now you have an employee blatantly not working with no shame. Womp womp.

The store itself is not bad & I wanted to privately email the owner about this but I couldn't find an address. Concourse B 2pm 16 June I witnessed the cashier (black woman with an accent) overcharge a gentleman for a penthouse dvd & pocket the extra cash. He noticed but just paid for it without a fight bc I was standing right there and he was embarrassed. Maybe she is the owner, I don't know but either way that is some shady shit so watch your back if you're going in there to purchase adult art.

A cool little convenience store located between gates B8 and B10..typical of what you would expect in the airport. They carry books, mags, beverages, snacks, gifts, etc. and they are all relatively expensive. I was thirsty so I paid the $3 for the juice... The cashier was friendly.

***Nice and clean airport gift shop with snacks, drinks, magazines, Indiana and Indianapolis magnets, and Colts gear; the gift shop is small and does not feature greater stuff than what you would find at a Hudson News, but the clean and organized layout gives it a touch of elegance and makes it feel less like you are in an airport; in addition, service is excellent and incredibly friendly, which is not always the case at airports*** This gift shop is located past security so it is only for air travelers. I imagine parking is expensive like other airports.
