I've been going to Reis-Nichols for a number of years now, although this is the first time I've given them a review. I've purchased four watches from Tim and also a necklace for my significant other, and he has been nothing other than professional, courteous, warm, and knowledgeable. You could not ask for a better sales person. No pressure, very informative, and so easy to deal with. He's the reason I keep coming back. And will continue to do so. I'd like to add a couple more watches to my collection. Some of my best buying experiences ever.

Out of all the appointments with different companies, no one went to as great of detail or showed as much diamond expertise as Cheri. She event went as far to walk us around the property to show how the diamonds reacted to different lighting. She was very aware of budgets and never tried to push a diamond that was too far away in price. Long story short, I fully recommend Cheri!

My wife and I love Reis-Nichols. I visited various jewelers in the greater Indianapolis area, and I was most impressed by Reis-Nichols’s customer service! I bought an engagement ring and both of our wedding bands there. Cherri helped us with finalizing our wedding bands and was always willing to work with us on executing our vision for the rings. Their in-house jewelers made any customizations and adjustments so much easier and faster. We look forward to being lifelong customers!

Reis-Nichols is truly the best!! I highly recommend Cheri (sales consultant) and Rudy (jewelry craftsman). I was having issues with the way my ring was set from a different jeweler and they were able to get it fixed and done for me the same day. It looked AMAZING and 100 times better! Amazing service, you really get what you pay for!!!

We were greeted by Zach who was charming, accommodating and placed us with Nadia for our needs.Nadia was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about our watch needs!She encouraged us for cleaning and offered suggestions on future repairs. Nadia also helped us get a very tight wedding band removed!Thank you to Danielle.We will be in again soon and we were very impressed with the staff and service!

Been working with Matt San Filippo after a friend (high caliber watch collector) recommended him. I was a novice watch enthusiast at best and Matt has educated me as well as guided me on that front. Super comfortable buying with him. Recently inquired about some other jewelry and to no surprise he is just as knowledgeable on that as well. Thankfully!
