Steve has been our “family” realtor since 2020. He was the realtor for our brother, mother and son. Therefore there was no question who we would use. We had lived in our home for 37 years and decided to downsize into an active adult community. Our new home was a new build. As we had only moved once, this was an all new experience. Steve and Sophie were a godsend. Their breadth of knowledge and experience was what we needed. Steve talked us off the ledge several times during the building process. He attended all our build meetings and was a great wealth of knowledge on the entire process. When it came time to sell our existing home, we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. He gave great pointers on staging and prepping for putting the house on the market. His expertise and resources were critical throughout the process. Our house sold quickly and the closing process went smoothly.
