I never leave reviews on places but i had to today. I was hoping to turn my lease in a few months early and i had some questions and was just looking for some help. The sales/finance manager Josh was probably the rudest and most condescending person i’ve ever met. i just wanted to walk away from my lease with the equity i had on it but according to him my 2023 sportage is worth nothing. The only way to get out of it was to get another brand new car which is not what i wanted. The entire conversation he talked to me like i was stupid and didn’t know anything. When i would ask him questions he acted annoyed and never thanked me for coming in just got up and left the table. I really wouldn’t waste your time going here. Unprofessional and they will waste your time.

Edited after trying to sell my car 7/25/24.
I show up to my appt with Mac at 4:30 and he was a no show. I did ask Mac multiple times will I be meeting with HIM since he offered me a good deal and he said yes. I get paired with Chris instead and i tell him the reason I’m there. Chris takes my car to get appraised for a 2nd time. Then im taken to look at cars. I dont like any but decide to make an appointment for the next day to test drive another kia since I dont make impulse purchases. I sit down with Matt (i guess chris had to leave) and its already after 5pm at this point. Mac didnt provide the system ANY notes about my appointment and Chris didnt tell Matt why i was there. So i tell Matt my main goal today was to sell my car and collect the check and ill come back tomorrow to see the car i MIGHT buy. Matt tells me after 5 no one can cut me a check and that when I come back tomorrow we can get the car appraised a 3rd time. Do you see where I start to get frustrated? That is ridiculous. Mac dropped the ball and it was rude he wasn’t communicative. Thanks Matt and Chris for your time at least. Matt did follow up the next day but I already traded in the lease for a new car through Unlimited Motors. Ray skillman will call you so many times to buy a car but heaven forbid its to communicate cancellations.

I had a wonderful experience today with Braxton and his team lead Mac. I came in looking for an offer on my lease and it was such an easy going process. I did not have an appointment or anything. It was fairly busy too but i was in and out within 30 minutes. I was offered refreshments and treated wonderfully. Thank you!

FANTASTIC experience with their Service Department. Brought in my 2020 Kia Forte GT MT that had a clutch go out at low mileage unexpectedly, and they immediately started pursuing my warranty options and acted in my best interest over their own. They managed to get a limited warranty I had with a third-party to actually bite and cover $1K of their $2K quote so I was only out of pocket for $1,000. I had taken it to a different shop (Christian Brothers) right beforehand and got quoted $3K and no warranties valid. Cmon, a THOUSAND dollars less at the dealer, TWO THOUSAND after warranty?
Yeah, I'll always get my repairs done here now. They know Kia's and they know what they doing here. They competitively want you to return and to always pick them, and that is respectable when it's done by providing great service. I'll be back!

Bought a car they were going to fix the brakes. Never fixed. After 1 week I said just give me my old car back and money. Said can’t do that. I complained they said we can trade the 1st car on another Car. I said you do repairs on the 2nd car and it passes my inspection I will buy but not signing anything. After a couple weeks the 2nd was done however the manager insulted me after lying to me. Went in and just give me the 1st car. Can’t do that we sold the 1st car without my signature. Stuck with 2nd car. They agreed to do some work. After 3 weeks nothing done. I get a call because they screwed paperwork up. They still owned 2nd car not me. I said you fix the car I’ll come in. I did and now 5 days later same problem and they said you are on your own.

The customer service here is terrible. The people in the service department are rude and treat you like you are a child. Very unprofessional. This place needs a lot of work. And watch out they will try to take advantage of you and upsell you on things you don't even need. Listen to me, save the headache, go elsewhere.

TERRIBLE!
Bought 7 vehicles from them the past 15 years or so.
They offered the KBB for our trade in, we asked for the KBB on a vehicle to purchase and were told no, they won’t sell at the KBB. They want to take advantage of you both ways
Many times we were told they can offer us more on the trade in for our vehicle if we buy a vehicle they have a high markup on…lol. Thanks for that?!
Go private, avoid this place. Sales rep was nice though. But it was still insane how we were being taken advantage of.
Very deceitful.

Sales is great! That is where it stops.... Cant get service to call me back. Have left voicemails with two different consultants, without a single attempt to reach back out. They offer your first oil change free.... Good luck getting that scheduled. Not impressed with the service department at all.

Car was broken into, so back window was completely shattered. We were recommended to go to a Kia dealer so we came here, barely did their job…never cleaned our car out glass is still everywhere in door and in the car itself. Left some type of sticky paper on our trim of the window. Do not come here for service or you will get a half done job. Would give zero stars if possible.

I was desperate for a car and tried several different "online approval options". Ian responded very quickly and worked really hard to get me approved. Half way thru the process I ended up backing out but Ian still deserves a shout-out because he did his job very well. I would recommend him for your financing needs and will be contacting him in the future for mine.

Great experience, I worked with Jonah on a deal for a Used Jeep. Really impressed with his approach to the situation. Everyone from the desk guy Chris, who was a pretty tough negotiator, but in the end they ended up putting something together that made sense for all of us. Duane in the finance office was probably one of the best I've worked with. Highly recommend this dealership.

I really wish I could give ZERO stars. I have, well... had a 2018 Kia Soul. I received a letter in the mail regarding an "anti theft" recall/warranty. This was supposedly installed Friday April 19th. My car was stolen on Wednesday April 24th. I have had my car for 2 years but right after I had the service "completed" my vehicle was stolen in less than a week. Seems fishy. I reached out to the service advisor, who told me that the update was "guaranteed to work." His words. Well, clearly it doesn't. This man accused me of leaving my doors unlocked. Which is not the case. I was able to see the video from when my car was stolen. They had to shatter a window. So tell me, why did they have to shatter a window if my car had been unlocked. When I told him that, his response was "well there's a device installed to prove against that. Is there anything else I can help you with?" Clearly this dealership does not care about what they are doing or the people who trust them with their vehicles.

5 Stars for the 3 men at Ray Skillman KIA, I got the pleasure of spending half a my Saturday, looking for what best fit my pocket. All 3 of these men listened to what I wanted and then some. Chris Velazquez for taking the time to show me all the cars and their information, test driving. Gavin, for making the financing strategies happen and it fitting my pocket. Michael Alberty, made it happen. FRESH LIKE A DAISY. I absolutely love my Buick Encore GX ?. Thank you all so very much. Ray Skillman you have a really great team there.
