Customer Service is very professional, efficient, friendly and comes highly recommended!
James stated my truck started up with no problem. After testing the battery, a couple of days; I was thankful to get to the bottom of my repair needed which was a door lock cylinder.
The locksmith for my repair would not be available yesterday from him being too hot.
I was able to drive my truck home. I stated I could return in the morning for the repair. I was overjoyed to have my wheels back.
Upon arrival the next morning, it took about an hour for the door lock cylinder to be replaced.
This loyal customer feels comfortable to drive my truck.

This place is literally the worst place to purchase a car. I asked about purchasing a car and was told that the car was available. We reserved the next day time slot at 4:00 p.m. to see and purchase the vehicle. They messaged us through text stating that we were down for 4 p.m. and that day the vehicle was there still around 3 p.m. and available for purchase. They stated they’d see us at 4 p.m. My husband arrived and was told we were not allowed to purchase because there was a hold on the vehicle. Keep in mind I received a message within a hour time frame that vehicle was there and not purchased an hour before he was to arrive. So, my husband drove all the way up there and they denied him purchasing the vehicle. He left without a car and I called and spoke to Katelyn the one saying the car was there she stated she didn’t understand and a salesman must of put a hold on the vehicle out from under her. She stated she’d get back with us about this but did not return a call or text. Please go to a dealership that treats you better than this place. They do not care and are okay with playing games and wasting your time.
P.S this was after I told Katelyn we had a bad experience at another dealership and drove over an hour to see a car that was sold the day before and they didn’t let us know till we arrived the next day

I recently had an outstanding experience at Ray Skillman Westside Auto dealership, largely thanks to a remarkable salesperson named Trey. He made our car-buying experience truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived he greeted us with warmth and kindness, making my family and me feel welcomed and valued. Trey was incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. His respectful and professional demeanor set the tone for the entire process, and I was particularly impressed by how he engaged with my two young children, treating them with the same friendliness and attention he showed us. Throughout our time at the dealership, he demonstrated remarkable customer service skills. He listened attentively to our needs and preferences, guiding us through the options without any pressure. His understanding nature made it easy for us to ask questions and express our concerns, and he always provided thoughtful answers that helped us make informed decisions. Additionally, Trey’s manager was also exceptional. He provided us with a fair final sale price that we were very pleased with. Lastly, the finance person at the dealership mirrored Trey’s professionalism and friendliness, further enhancing our experience. He made the paperwork process very smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car. Honestly speaking, I like the quality of the Honda Odyssey car I bought from them, and believe me, Trey is a great salesperson. Ask for this guy when you go there.
