I've been shopping in this store since I was in my 20s, they have the BEST sundresses/house dresses in town. I have never been disappointed with my purchases either for myself or my daughters. I even still have some of the dresses from my 20s. If you like sundresses or prefer your Bae to wear them, grab a few from here, you won't be disappointed at all!!!
I'd show pics but my Bae doesn't want me too ??

Beware!!! Do not shop at this location it is not safe and the managers do not care. I came in to return an online purchase and right off the manager had to make a call to see if the item could be returned since the item I received looked to be stained when I received it, after talking on the phone she said she could provide me with a refund, I said ok, after hitting a few buttons and not knowing how to process the refund, she ended up printing out an in-store credit, which I did not want, mind you there are people forming a line behind and the other worker was putting up clothes. The Manager became frustrated and asked me what I wanted to do and I told her I wanted a refund as I initially stated in the beginning, she then said she couldn't issue me a refund and that she would be happy to void the transaction and I would have to ship the items back to the store for a refund, all of a sudden I was being called bit@he@ by the people behind me waiting in line, and saying that the manager has already told me she couldn't give you your money back move Bit@ch. after being insulted, and the manager acting as if she was irritated by me, I proceeded to leave and was pushed by one of the customers and another proceeded to jump me on my way out. I eventually made it out of the store with an in-store credit I didn't want, and called to make a complaint and no one did anything about it or even contacted me back. I would never shop at Rainbow online or in-store ever again.

I have to get rainbow stores on a whole A 2 star I went to a rainbow and I saw a coat that was not on the website or at any other store and it was the size I need it very last one the person putting out the clothes refused absolutely refuse to take it off the mannequin so that I could purchase it I guess she was saving it for something or somebody because it was the very last one online and in the stores we had went to and she would not sell it to me. Absolutely terrible business practice. So needless to say we left the store and didn't buy anything after we pulled clothing from the racks and we were going to purchase like $700 worth of merchandise between the four of us. My grandbaby was so disappointed. Text Time will be coming I'll make sure my daughter's do not spend their tax money at the the rainbow on Pendleton Pike

Today is Mothers Day. They have their hours posted on the first picture as you can see. However they are closed. Per hours listed close is 6pm. And it’s only 5:00pm. Now to make matters worst they open at 10:00am which I was so happy to know they open at 10am To come and they was closed. I waited until 10:45am. and they were still closed. So closed when they are scheduled to be open in the AM and in the PM. Management will be contacted first thing Monday morning. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate Of their loyal customers.
