You know, I didn’t understand how a blood draw lab could really get a bad (or good) review until I went to this location. Staff doesn’t seem to know how to use their computer system, paperwork was a struggle to get right, who knows if my labs were actually sent correctly. Overall not impressed.

They have been very accommodating and patient with my fear of getting bloodwork done. It is much appreciated, and it makes the process so much easier for me. Usually other places seem to get frustrated when I need a little more time, so I am glad that I found a place that has nurses who actually care about the people who come in.

Please do not go to this location. Apparently, Quest Diagnostics has bought out Mid America Labs. The transition is NOT going well. Nov.2020 I went at 11:00am- there were 9 people waiting. So I came back same day at 2:30. One patient went in a few minutes after I walked in- it was only the 2 of us waiting. I waited for 45 minutes, that patient came out and the ONE and ONLY worker then took me back. The worker said she called to get help and they wouldn’t send anyone. What if there was a medical emergency??Terrible experience!

They lost my blood sample! Waited 3 weeks and no results! Definitely not recommend! They are slow and sloppy. Go somewhere else!

Absolute horrible service. Do yourself a favor and do not get an appointment here. It won’t matter they will take all walk ins before taking your appointment. The staff do not care I had to wait 50 minutes into my appt to hear back from the Lady at intake to finally say that my doctor did not fax the labs to them. I asked her when I walked in if this was possible. She shrugged me away saying she was busy. I understand you are busy but it does not take that long to check for some simple labs. I waited at your location for an hour when I did not need to.

Horribly slow drew blood 2 weeks ago still haven't seen results. Sent email message after a week asking for results there message was will take 5-7 days to send you results but don't check back for 30 days.My Dr office lab normally takes 3 business days at most.Only staffed by 1 person to register and draw blood. One person in front of me took more than 30 minutes. A lot of time spent waiting to reboot computer. Could live with 30/45 minutes if they would actually report results. or had customer service followup.

I tried to make an appointment since my Dr’s office is not doing any labs at the moment. First, I tried to call and It directed to me a website and I tried to make appointment for this location and it would not let me and website mentioned is accepting only walk ins. I walked in and the lady at the front desk said she cannot see me and that I need to have an appointment. Instead of helping me make an appointment she gave my dr referral to go somewhere. Very poor and rude customer service

I got stuck Monday at the Naab Road location. The technician was obviously in a bad mood. No small talk, not even a Hello or a smile. Bad sign. She stuck me hard. When I got home the cotton ball was soaked and overflowing with blood. I will not be returning to this location. My arm still hurts.
