No point of having appointments if you can’t follow them. My experience here was nothing short of tiring and awfully frustrating and bad.This place was understaffed, I had an appointment at 8 AM for which I showed up at 7:45 and wasn’t called for until 8:35 AM.Would recommend someplace else

The phlebotomist I had today was so gentle I didn’t even feel her poke me! The staff there today were all in a wonderful mood and even made me laugh!

I have had several blood tests done at this location and never experienced a problem. The staff is courteous and the phlebotomists never have a problem finding a vein. Unlike other clinics where I have gone home with my arms covered with bruises from repeated needle sticks.

How in the world can you pay your stupid bill when you have to go through all this. And then you send it to collections for 27.53. This is not user friendly.

Whether at Community East or East 19th street, I always have the most pleasant lab experiences at Quest. The associates that I have encountered seem like they enjoy serving their guests. Today was no exception. Tonya was just a treat. So kind and best sense of humor. Professional and knowledgeable. Good work!

scheduled a pee test through the IVR for 3:40PM. They stop doing pee tests at 3pm. IVR should clarify what type of appointment you are scheduling. Wasted trip

This place is horrible. After signing in and sitting there-then was told no available appointments. The people who schedule appointments were no shows, but wouldn't take walk-ins. Place is a joke and not organized.After being turned away by Quest I went to Gateway Lab. This place is 70% cheaper than Quest and very pleasant and organized.

Tara was excellent. They called my name right on the dot of my appointment time, I was greeted with a smile, she made a very new and awkward experience for me easy and breazy. She explained exactly what the testing was going to involve and put me at ease. The office was very clean and professional. The tablet sign in made the process quicker. Thanks Quest, if I need anymore tests I'll definitely be coming back to you.

If it allowed I would give less than a star. I’m a nurse in home health. I often obtain specimens and map the closest drop point for the value of the results. I went here today. Arrived…very inconvenient first of all , lab is on second floor, after waiting 6 minutes with only one other person in the waiting room I began to knock on the glass door. I hear no activity prior to that. There was a patient, someone needing to obtain specimen explains he’s been there awhile and has not seen or heard anyone. Once I knock I hear someone respond give me a minute!! So, I do, another two actually. She finally comes to the door WITH GLOVES ON, hopefully changed once she returned to said patient, she tells me I will just have to wait she’s the only one there and closes the door in my face. I left. I will go to a hospital before I choose another Quest. This seems to be a way to familiar seen at a Quest regardless of the side of town. Rude and very slow. My time is not more important than someone else’s except the fact. I have patients waiting on me bc I gave them a timeframe.

I have been trying to get my blood drawn for a week now and they suck. It says that they are open until 4:30 but they lock the doors before that time and even when you get on and signed in they will ask you to leave because they don't have enough employees to do the draws!! That's not my problem! I have a job and I do it well. Maybe they need to hire more people!! I will never go back to Quest!! Should never have changed from MCL!!

Had such a great experience here! Very minimal wait time, and Courtney and the gals were amazing at drawing blood from my 18mo old. Will definitely use this Quest location for all future blood draws and lab tests!

Great customer service everyone was friendly with a smile the new girl Jenifer went above and beyond to help me get my sons order when no one else could find it. Keep up the good work guys we will continue to use you guys location.
