One tech to draw blood and about 9 people waiting. This has happened before. You are supposed to sign in, but it was out of spaces. When I finally got in, the poor tech was way over-scheduled and over-worked for 1 person. That hospital's drs send him/her unschedueled patients after their visits so tech is usually backed up. Tech did a good job tho.

Terrible experience. I filed a complaint against the phlebotomist. Carelessly pulled out the needle after 1 tube when the lab order was for 3. Restock the same vein after I asked her to use the other arm. Hurt terribly for a blood draw. I made her stop after she blew a blood vessel. My arm is throbbing. DO NOT USE THUS LOCATION.

FYI: they're in a building called 'Community Surgery center'. I was a walk-in for a blood draw and got in and out very quickly. The attendant was very knowledgeable and kind. I had a really great experience.

Horrible place people waiting there half the day. My order gave the option to choose location near me and after a ridiculous wait made me go to a location 1/2 hour away when there own website gave the option to choose it. Close your doors this business sucks

I usually have very bad experiences with blood draws. I typically pass out. I asked the Nurse (Wish I knew her name) if I could lay down and she was very accepting/understanding of my fear. The Nurse took three tubes of blood and I didn't feel like I was going to pass out at all during it. I didn't have a bruise after and she did an excellent job!

I visited this location last Friday for the first time. It was my first time getting bloodwork done and I was super nervous. I made an appointment online and only had to wait 10 minutes max. When I got pulled back I explained to the woman helping me this was my first time giving blood and I was nervous. She was AMAZING!!! I really wish I got her name. I wouldn't give blood so it took a while and I almost passed out. She did her best to keep me conscious and distracted from the pain. Luckily I was able to get all three vials. She really made my experience wonderful, because it could have been a lot worse.

Made an appointment a week in advance, and called ahead to see if there would be any issues. Showed up and checked in 15 minutes early, sat there for an hour to get called back to be told they cannot complete my testing.

Great people, horrible company with abusive policies regarding appointments that are not respected, abuse of walk in clients, and overcharging for tests before insurance can pay for them or even if insurance will pay. I cannot recommend.

Had a pretty standard experience here. + points for being open on a Saturday when most locations aren’t. A little bit of a wait but made my appointment before hand to attempt to alleviate that. It’s clear that they prioritize appointments rather than walk in’s, which makes sense. Staff was kind and courteous. Not sure why they have such horrible reviews.

I will never go back here again, worst experience ever all because one employee was having a bad day and wanted to be extremely rude and could care less if you reported her or not. Horrible horrible horrible!! They didn’t draw my blood I got up and left!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in an office. I just got married, so name changes can be interesting. I was asked to figure out why I didn’t have any labs when I got there, so I called someone who could help, then got yelled at for being on the phone with someone who was helping. Then I currently have two insurances, and while trying to explain that, the woman interrupted me because she didn’t want to listen to my explanation anymore, and then yelled at me because I didn’t have insurance and she was confused.Then by the end of the appointment she proceeded to tell me that I needed to learn how to control my stress more.It was an insane experience.I will never go back.
