This office is so tranquil and inviting. I didn’t know they offered TSA Precheck Screening and Hazmat. This is a welcome addition to the east side and makes it convenient to get things done! Cynthia at the front desk is SO NICE!

We have been trying to retrieve packages that were sent to our virtual mailbox *weeks* ago, but have been unable to get in contact with anyone at the site. We requested last week via the mobile app that our packages be overnighted to us, and they are still marked 'pending'. The website chat representative has been giving us the run around and it all feels very scammy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Being able to speak with a woman in business who has accomplished what your trying to achieve is exciting. Mrs Day had patience and listened to everything I had to say. I received so much information that will help me better the industry of business I’m in. The information was broken down to help me navigate and Innerstand what I needed to do. When Mrs Day was speaking ideas began to flow to me. The communication was clear. The respect was on point and not to mention good laughs and honesty. I can now execute my business differently. I needed a virtual address and didn’t quite understand the process and they talked me through. I was so pleased with their customer service and their knowledge of the process.
