I LOVE gift shops like this. It is not everyone's cup of tea but I love all the unusual gifts. There are many local to Indianapolis items as well. There are small items that are fairly inexpensive along with larger more expensive items. There are coasters, magnets, shot glasses, socks, bar accessories, and there are edible items and chocolates as well. If you are a fan of the funny sayings, as I am, then you will enjoy walking around the store and reading all of them on various items. They have some cookbooks including one from Snoop Dog! Next time you are in The Garage make sure and stop in here and check them out and see if it your cup of tea!

Fun and unique gifts for friends and yourself! Great selection for people who love humor, pets, jewelry, self care, and Indy flair. A nice place to explore before or after enjoying a delicious meal in the food hall. Real nice people. We hope to be back! :)

I bought catnip bubbles that did not work at all (they sink super fast, way faster than normal bubbles, giving my cat no time to even see if he likes them) and they wouldn't let me return them!! That's unethical to me. They clearly sell low quality, cheaply made, overpriced, kitschy goods and are only looking to take advantage of their customers. To me it's straight up bad vibes to sell products that do not work at all and then to not let customers return them. I would give zero stars if I could. I recommend Homespun for your gift needs/fun item shopping instead (super close location-wise and waaaay better vibes).

Fun little shop between food stops. Customer service was spot on as well, very understanding and kind discussing an exchange I needed to make.

Fun and eclectic store that is great for the unusual gift. Located inside the Garage Food Hall in the Bottle Works District.

The old women that is at the cashier was super moody and angry at us literately walking around the store. Was planning on buying a couple of things but immediately walked out. Everything I touched she went up to make sure it was place at the exact spot. If it was slightly to the right, the old lady would aggressively fixed it. Disappointing with the terrible customer service

Very cute little gift shop by the old Coca Cola place on Mass Ave. I bought a witch cocktail book that I’ve been looking forever. In terms of what’s in the store and appearance, cute and 4/5. Prices a little high, that’s why not 5/5.I decided to leave the negative part of my review mainly for future employee candidates. They were looking to hire a few people immediately on Indeed and the manager, Reida, who conducted my interview was at least nice over the phone and in person. Seemed down to earth and I was very comfortable speaking to her. I wouldn’t have minded if somebody else was more qualified or schedule friendly than me to work as a sales associate, but for somebody who made it a big point of needing communication, it seems to be on the bottom of their list of priorities. Kind of hypocritical. It seems they only want people who are good at communication for their sales and can’t maintain it themselves for their staffing. After our interview, the manager had spoken to me as if I was already hired on and I thought nothing had gone wrong in our interview. She told me to expect a phone call next Monday or Tuesday about scheduling and we shook hands and parted ways after a positive interview. Never received anything back, not even a denial text or call that they chose somebody else a month later. I had reached out the weekend after the passing Monday thanking her for her time to interview and wanted to clear up what happened because I was still interested, but I guess she’s wasn’t. I’m not personally upset she didn’t choose me, it was 1 of hundreds of part time retail positions I could have applied to. I’m annoyed that she ghosted me and couldn't tell me they went with another candidate. Fast food and grocery places at least will send you a denial email or call/text rather than leaving you up in the air. Red flag IMHO.Best of luck to the company though. Shop itself is cute, I would still shop there honestly, just the surface level of employer interaction I had was very poor and even if I did receive a job offer now, I wouldn’t accept it.

Loved all the great and unusual choices but..the truffles were calling my name. 5 for $25, couldn’t be beat. Awful - fillings were dry and crumbly, one had to be cut with a knife and every piece had a hint of? Mint?

Horrible experience at this place. Bought a gift for one of my friends who had never visited before. Unfortunately tripped right outside the door of the garage and the glass outside the candle broke. I had JUST bought it. Splintered into so many tiny pieces and cut myself checking it/opening it to make sure it was ok on accident. Literally rushed back into the place (bleeding) while they had closed one minute ago and talked with the man who has JUST sold it to me. He curtly told me they do not accept refunds or exchanges (was never told this during checkout or is on receipt I received) and that I could just break the rest of the glass off to salvage the candle instead. He said he could do nothing without his manager. So, you “manage” a store by yourself but have no power? Horrible service. He gave a quick sorry and then turned around. Will never buy from again and tell others to steer clear and support other local, more understanding businesses instead.

I have no issue with the place or the products. But had one of the most rude interactions with a sales lady. My daughter was picking up shower steamers and smelling them and putting them back in their container. She wasn't being destructive at all. The older sales lady, with major entitled vibes told me she couldn't smell them anymore in case they got broke. None were broken, I would have bought something if she did break it, and I am hyper vigilant about her being respectful of others things. I would not bring a child there as "it isn't a toy store." She was just very rude with her approach. There were so many ways to be nicer. Be kinder, it's not that difficult. Won't be purchasing anything from there again, which is sad as I do like their products. But I won't support people who think it's ok to treat anyone that way.

This is such a cool and fun spot for some unique yet snarky gifts. I don't want to compare it to anyone because I think they probably get more love. They both have items the other don't so you should definitely take a look. I bought a couple of gifts for myself on this round but saw a few things I'd get friends. Perfect gift spot plus place to bring out of town guests for their gift shopping.
