We ordered hardwood flooring from ProSource and had the best experience. Sam Buchannan took care of us from start to finish. His attention to detail and timely updates were so reassuring. He made a great recommendation for the install making our project seamless. Our loyalty will be to ProSource for additional projects and recommendations to others.

the rudeness & attitude I was just received for going in & asking a simple question was absolutely unnecessary not to mention uncalled for & most definitely lost a potential customer over it!!! first and last time in that store!!!

For the price, the quality of products is below average. Communication starts out well then quickly fades. Had problems with quartz countertop and island which they didn't cut correctly and placed with a big missing piece underneath and glue marks present.Tomika, my rep. said she was seeking a discount for me. Never heard back regarding this after several months with no correspondence. Would not suggest Prosource.Jen Lilly

I could not be happier with the customer service I received from David at ProSource of South Indianapolis. The color in our flooring was off (some had yellow hues and some were pure gray) and we were not happy customers. The bad part was that 80% of our flooring was already installed when we noticed the defect. I reached out to ProSource and from there our customer service journey became impeccable. The constant communication from David; communicating every step of the way and keeping us in the know. David was able to order all new flooring from the manufacturer and get them to pay for removal and reinstallation of the new flooring. The crew that David used to remove and reinstall our new floors was Hobbs Flooring and we simply could not be happier. We will forever buy our flooring from ProSource and we will refer anyone we can to purchase from them. Thank you, David, for such a wonderful experience!

Dynamite resource for flooring trades as well as homeowners. Not open to the public, but vast array of wood, tile, vinyl carpet even cainets and bathroom stuff. But the great thing is designers there to help guide on colors, material and application. It is a resource to consider.

Our neighbors had used ProSource and recommended we check them out. We were quite pleased with the product selection and the competitive prices. Our sales person, Kathy, was a true expert and made the process of finding what we liked quite easy. Unfortunately, the contractor she set us up with was not the same story.Long story short, the contractor was unreliable to the point where we had no idea if our floors would be installed. Out of 6 days, his crew showed up once to tear out the floors. We began to frantically reach out to other contractors we had come to know to see if anyone could jump in and take over the job. Luckily, the ProSource contractor contacted us in the evening of day 6 to let us know he got a sub-contractor to finish the work.Floors are installed and beautiful. Subcontractor was wonderful and did a great job but naturally there was a hitch. ProSource contractor did not order enough transition pieces to finish the job. Once again he has not shown up when he said he would. We will likely install the transitions ourselves once we find something that matches. I would not recommend anyone use ProSource as a result of this mess of an experience. We should have listened to our gut and followed our rule but we gave the guy multiple chances. Lesson learned.

Nick was very patient with my wife and I fussing and not agreeing on styles and colors. Nick gently steered us, listening to our banter, until my wife and I agreed on our plan. Nick was knowledgeable and addressed our questions expertly. The Hard Part is over. Thanks Nick.

I physically went into the ProSource South showroom on November 19th. On that day, I picked out carpet, final planks, vanity base, and vanity top what the help of David the manager. I was told the products would be in around 2 to 3 weeks, so was looking forward to having them installed in early to mid December. There was some issue with my vanity top, so repeat measurements were taken on November 30th. I was told the top would be in either the week before Christmas (this week) or the week of Christmas. Long story short, my general contractor told me yesterday that ProSource told him my vanity top won't be in until January 8th. It is so easy to blame the holidays for these delays, but this should have been handled in a more timely fashion so as to avoid using that excuse. I was so looking forward to getting my home and life mostly back to normal just before Christmas. This ordeal has ruined my family's Thanksgiving and now Christmas & New Year's too ! I also appreciate David not returning my phone calls and so-called account manager Staci not returning my email. Excellent customer service, ProSource, NOT !
