Have been with prime car wash for a while, always love their good services, nice indoor sitting while you are waiting for your wash to finish. Really satisfied with their wash quality, affordable as well.

BUYER BEWARE. CHARGED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT VERIFYING IDENTITY. Gave my credit card to my mom to buy a car wash for my car. They convinced her to sign up for a membership, didn't verify an ID to match the credit card. Created an account in my husbands name (male name on credit card) and let her sign her female name on the credit card receipt. My husband unknowingly had this account for 3 months, and Prime refuses to give the money back. Skeevy and shady business practices. Who allows people to create a membership in other peoples name?!

Please train your employees better. They seem uninterested in doing the work and as a service provider I would assume you benefit most by the quality of service provided. Bad customer service and abysmal quality of work has led to you losing a potential fleet customer.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Everytime I take my truck here, I end up having to go home and do the interior myself. They always only do about half of the work and leave the rest. I brought this to the attention of management several times. They even put a note on my account for management to inspect my truck prior to saying it is ready. That has only happenned once. This place is a joke. Today, they didnt even touch the entire back seat and only did half of the front. I watched as all the teenagers working there did nothing but goof off. Must be nice to have an hourly job that also recieves tips to do half the work!
The manager does nothing and does not seem to care at all. I went inside to downgrade my monthly package to exterior only and told the girl why, the manager was standing right there and I know he heard me. He did not even acknowledge my issue. If there were another option for a truck of my size on the southside, I would cancel completely. I am surprised that a corporate entity such as this does nothing to try and better their business. The girl even admitted she understood why and did NOTHING to try and keep me as a top tier customer!
Be sure to check your vehicle if you go here! They do NOT care and do a terrible job. $70 a month for next to nothing. Not any more! I will be looking for another option and will have to drive much further but, hopefully I will at least get what I am paying for! I would highly recommend anyone to NOT subscribe to their monthly wash programs. What a waste of money!
The Greenwood location at County Line and Emerson needs to get it together!

Took 65 minutes to get the inside and outside done and the interior wasn't bad when I showed up. Car sat in the bay for close to ten minutes with anyone doing anything to it. Saw two customers grabbing cleaning supplies and cleaning their cars at the checkout station. Only 5 other cars inside at the time and looked like plenty of employees. Not the best vacuum or window cleaning. For the price, not worth it. Was nice thst they offered a free wash for the delay. I noped out of that hard. Will not be back (car 135 on today's date)!

Absolutely worst! Never have I paid $60.00 to get a car washed and it looks like crap. Still has bugs on it, wheels are not cleaned and they didn't even take the time to wipe around the doors! When I brought the "manager" out he wouldn't even refund the wash just gave me a coupon fir their "best" interior and exterior service which is what I already paid for. Ugh

My friend raved about Prime carwash so on Sunday, July 14, I took my car there, they did a good job vacuuming and a fair job wiping stuff down, but they did not do the windows on the inside, passenger windshield side look like they sprayed stuff but then just let it run down, driver side windshield was still dirty and it looked like all the other windows were still dirty. I even tipped because I didn’t notice the windows until I was almost home. $44 is a lot to spend on a car wash, but since my friend raved about it and it was easier to let them do it than me do it I thought I’d give it a try. I’m really disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be back.

They vacuum and wiped down decent, DDC was put on perfect. But they always miss a part in my front window. I almost crashed because of it. Please teach everyone to clean windows very good.

I have the premium monthly membership. I have to take my truck home to finish it every time as there are nothing but kids there who do no care. I would go somewhere else but, it is the only place my truck will fit. I have complained multiple times and they even have it to where a manager is supposed to check my truck before it leaves. They apparently care less than the kids do.

Greeter was kind, the wash left my car looking brand new, and the interior clean was the finishing touch. Very professional and great spot to get a wash.

Over Memorial Day weekend, I had an unfortunate experience during my visit to Prime Car Wash - Greenwood. Opting for both the standard exterior and interior wash, neither left my car as clean as I had hoped on the initial pass. The situation was so disappointing that I found myself waiting for the interior to be reclined, and eventually had to go through the exterior wash once more. Fortunately, one staff member showed exceptional kindness during the reclining process, asking if there were any specific spots I needed attention to. However, after spending several hours at the establishment already, I decided against waiting for a third round of cleaning. I regret paying for the service because I left highly upset. My car was never cleaned to the standard and it was disappointing considering I had guest during the holiday weekend.
