I’m truly disappointed in pottery barn kids. I ordered an anywhere monogrammed chair late on a Sunday night and realized that I did not enter the correct shipping address. I called early on Monday morning and the customer service rep put in the change of address but said it takes 24 - 48 hours to update. I called 2 days later and they said it had not updated. I paid $31 for them to ship it to the wrong address, then had to pay $135 to re-ship it. I know it was my fault for entering the wrong shipping address, but the customer reps should have the ability to correct an order before it ships

I've purchased many backpacks for my children over the years because they last 2-3 years and are generally well made. One recently frayed at the strap. After waiting a long time and not seeing a sale for the one my son picked out, I ordered a replacement based on his height/age and the product description. Upon delivery, it was too small so I requested a return and promptly sent it back in new condition with tags via the UPS label I requested. I also ordered a larger, more expensive replacement backpack that same day. WARNING: I was charged a $30 return shipping fee that wasn't disclosed anywhere on a $46 dollar backpack!! The new one I have on order is now backordered and won't arrive in time for school starting, but it wasn't listed as backordered when I placed mine and saw the shipping date estimate.

I cannot say enough how wonderful my experience over the phone with Brittany was. I had ordered an item by mistake and Brittany was the kindest and most helpful customer service person I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with over the phone. Thank you so much for all your help tonight Brittany and I will continue to shop here because of your excellent service!

I placed an $88 dollar order and never received a confirmation, no order number, my information is saying no records found? But the money sure did come out and I’ve received no communication from customer service after several emails and a 25 minute wait on hold. Smh

Carol has really out done herself! I had bought a Disney princess bag over the weekend to be monogrammed at the store. She had reached out to me today to make sure the font I had picked out look just like I thought it would before she started it. I ended up choosing a different option than I had originally picked because of her reaching out!She went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase!!

So I have been meaning to give a shout out to PBK @ Keystone for quite some time. We have come to really appreciate PBK for the back to school gear in our house. We recently went in to get a new water bottle replacement and walked out with 2 Santa pillows and some Thanksgiving tabletop items. My kids love to go to the store with me because they think that is a store for them. The associates at the store are always top notch! Great place for kids furniture, bedding and more!#ThankYouThursday2021

This is more of an issue with online because Customer service was very snarky about returning online items to the store. I called the store and they were very accommodating so it seems PB needs to retrain the online customer service reps. Merchandise is not inexpensive so there is an expectation to receive service the same or better than an Amazon or Target.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Pottery Barn Kids. From the moment I arrived, manager Stacey was so helpful in helping me plan and presented ideas for my fun new guest room. She knew just what to pull out to bring it all together. I left with everything I needed from a comforter to pillows to bed sheets. Thank you, Stacey!

My wife and I were going to buy the furniture that we wanted for our baby's nursery online, but we decided to come into the store to get some questions answered. Let me tell you what, our experience with Leslie and the other team members ensured we will be regular shoppers at Pottery Barn Kids! Leslie was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in answering our questions and helping us order and arrange for pickup of our nursery furniture. I would highly recommend you go in store to get excellent customer care and hospitality that can't be replicated with a website. Thanks Leslie and team for helping us, y'all are great!
