This is the most unprofessional location that I have ever visited. The tellers are rude and lazy. The branch manager is worse. Who is doing the hiring for this company because they made a bad choice in choosing the staff. I will not be back and make sure to tell others not to visit.

My appointment with Lorraine Linkous to open a new bank account was at 11:30am. About time I was next in line it was 11:31am, when I was checked in. Sat in the waiting area across from her office.11:46am came by no one check on me to let me know she will be running behind time. As I could see right in her office she was not on the phone or anything. She came out of her office to get a empty box and right right back in her office and stood by her desk just standing there. Smh how rude. So 11:50 am I left.. smh I recommend not booking a appointment with her unless you want to be ignored and have nothing else planned

I've had nothing but good experiences at this bank. They made it easy to open an account and have been very responsive and helpful every time I've had a problem. Serious thanks to two people there who helped most recently: Lorraine and Grant. Well done!

Wouldn't take my deposit in the drive thru after waiting 40 minutes. Horrible inconsistent service . Always depends on the branch and teller. Everyone has their own rules.

Service at this location in the drive up is ALWAYS so slow... gave the benefit of the doubt before.. but it seems to be this way EVERY time I use this location. frustrating!

I booked an appointment to open a business account. When I got there I was told that the business account manager had to be a teller for the day because people called off, and when I asked "why I wasn't notified before I came to the branch" instead of having my time wasted someone in personal banking said it was a last minute thing. Then he took my info to give to the business account manager and I have yet to receive a call from them and this was last Friday at 10:00am

I took my change there that was not rolled to be added into my account. It's sad that the bank does not even take those type of change unless it's rolled. I was thinking to myself what if it's incorrect in the roll. It would be better for customer service if you did collect coins because you are a bank. I was told to go to Kroger and because it's something simple like that it makes me want to change banks.

I’ve banked with quite a few banks & credit unions in my time, & although PNC isn’t the worst.. it’s also not the best. & why do none of your ATMs accept $100 dollar bills? It always spits them back out, but accepts every other bill? Other banks ATMs (like Huntington) will take my $100s just fine, but not PNCs. What an inconvenience??♀️ Then you have the audacity to to charge a overdraft fee, but it’s really your own ATMs fault for not accepting my money. Maybe y’all should consider updating your machines.
