This bank is of no use. The truth is, I am very upset with them. My final point is no use in the future. I don't think PNC will be seen anymore since they have closed several locations near here. I better recommend that you look for another bank.

I’ve never seen a worse bank. Slow on a good day. On two occasions this bank has “run out of money”! Currently I’m going on. 23 minutes in the drive-thru. And there was only ONE car in front of me when I got here. Seriously this is maybe the worse bank on the planet. Avoid at all costs.

I stood in line for a hour. There were only 2 tellers on a Friday non of the bankers that didn’t have ANY customers even thought of being a team player and helping out. The security guard should apply for a job she was more helpful than the employees. I will NEVER visit this location again. I wish I could give this branch a 0 it definitely deserves it.

The everyday tellers were very observant and helpful. It can be difficult to arrange a meeting with an actual banker, but Caralina (sp) managed to be both businesslike and friendly when I got that scheduled.? Location has walk up ATMs, as well as drive-thrus.

Wow I am very disappointed. I been customers for a long time in PNC Bank today I ask to copy my papers which is I have safety deposit box they refuse, and they won’t help me. The the lady Customerservice they are not a nice they’re not welcoming me.

ATM ate my check and have no receipt. My other checks I deposited at the same time went through just fine. Branch said there was nothing wrong with thier ATM, as I'm watching the Diebold maintenance guy work on the machine. Thier phone support put my account negative (undid the deposit and put a hold for the deposit that did go through and the missing deposit) while they are "investigating" the issue. Branch was unable to assist me at all.

I asked for help because I asked for a bank card and they told me that they couldn't help me and that I should go to another branch ?♀️, I asked them to change a ticket and they could only do it if I had a bank account ?♀️ lost case

I was BLOWN AWAY by the customer service that the banker Melissa H. provided us with at the Georgetown location. We had a difficult task to ask of her and she sat there and would not give up until she fully helped us and she did! So nice, so genuine, so sweet, and so caring! You have a gem with this worker PNC don’t ever lose her! Will be going back to her every time I make an appointment! Thank you for her!
