They randomly choose their policies and you will get a different response depending on who is willing to work.

There are 3 ATM's to use at this location. 2 around back, and 1 in front!! While the bank is open, they usually have plenty of employees there to help!! I have never had to wait very long!!

There is usually 1 teller working and 5 people in the back working in cubes not doing very much. Why can’t one of them help out? I don’t understand!
