So far I'm bout to pull the money I have out of here. Made a deposit and lost money. Oh the mobile app told me I had one amount then I deposit a weeks check and lost almost half my paycheck. Out of a 1000 dollars check only 7 hundred something was deposited. They said that the other 3 hundred was already available but it wasn't showing up on my app. I don't even wanna deposit another check. I'm just gonna go get my money out.

If I were you I wouldn't trust this bank. I was shorted money, and it's taken over 5 days for me to get an answer on what happened or when I will receive the money back. Not to mention the wait time at this bank is 25-30+ minutes to get helped by a teller. Once I get an answer about the money they shorted me I will not be back. Don't trust this bank.

They are somehow never able to be very helpful. ATMs often not able to accept deposits or able to give withdrawals, tellers here will tell you they are unable to do something that tellers at other branches can. Just don’t bother.

I've been with PNC Bank for ten years now and sometimes the Tellers be still in training so basically they're unhelpful when trying to get your money off a non PNC bank card but overall PNC Bank is a Great Bank for the Deposits and Transactions of your funds.

I went in to get answers about a deposit that didn't go through last friday. Instead of trying to help me they acted like I was a burden. Then they gave me attitude and made me feel very unwelcome. I would suggest some customer service training. Take some accountability and responsibility and get to the bottom of money missing from someone's account and drop the attitudes
