Their ATM eats my debit card. Then the cashier acts bothered by the fact they have to get me one. Then when I get it I can’t even get the same numbers as one I had for. These banks are infuriating. Then you call their office and it’s even worse service.

Too many things wrong with this branch to mention. Only thing good I can say is I was greeted pleasantly by the girl teller with the red hair. This is the worst PNC, or bank in the city. I wish I never had to go back, but unfortunately it is the closest one to where I live, but I sometimes will drive to another city or side of town just so I don't have to go there. Drive through is unbearable, and when you go inside, it's even worse.

I called and was disconnected after holding for 10 minutes. I called back and I have been on hold for 27 minutes with nobody coming to the phone. So unprofessional and ridiculous.
