"You're going to have to speak with a banker." Pray you never hear these words uttered inside of this bank, because it's as if no bankers even work here. You will be subjected to an hours-long wait and sideways glances from the bankers as they avoid making contact with you. This bank should be studied because time bends and warps and folds inside of it. No, this was not an isolated incident.

Never can we use the ATM inside the door and then we go to deposit money at the outside ATM and wow we can't deposit cash so we had to drive all the way to is 31 way to start a bank

I’ve been a member of PNC for many years and this is the closest branch near me and usually stop on my way home. They used to be open until 6pm on Fridays to accommodate customers on paydays. The last time I stopped in on 10/20/23 they were closed at 5. Saw an employee and asked her about the hours. She was very rude and said they always close at 5. M-F. Not good customer service from her. Expected better explanation if the hours of business have changed and a few other customers outside agreed. Used to be open until 6pm on Friday

They need to close this branch or hired some new people cause the one they have are really rude, if you’re having a bad day don’t take it on someone deal with it or call out very simple.

Horrible branch top to bottom. I deposited $2700 and they put it in someone else’s account and now I have to wait ten days to dispute it and hopefully get it back. This branch is absolutely incompetent

This branch was not helpful, not customer service friendly and didn’t take care of my banking needs. I’m very disappointed in PNC. After going to 2 branches today and not getting the help I need of a simple card replacement, I no longer recommend this bank.

If I could leave a zero star review, I definitely would. First of all, my account was accused of bank fraud. And I called PNC, made a report for the police. NOTHING was done. My account was in the negatives for days. Once the account was out of the negatives, I started using my account again but changed cards and changed passwords twice. Recently I had another problem with my account going into the negatives and I had money taken from my account as well. I lost all trust in this bank with my money. Not just this PNC, but with the whole branch as well. DO NOT TRUST PNC WITH YOUR MONEY!

Since moving to Indy, we have banked with PNC. This is a nice small branch that works hard to get you in and out quickly. They have been very helpful when we needed their services. They have a person sitting near the entrance, who greets you and points you in the right direction for your needs.

Tellers and staff have attitude. Did not want to help from the beginning. Refused to open a savings account for me unless I set up direct deposit at the same time. Ridiculous.

I went to this branch to inquire about my credit card, but instead of being assisted by one of their staff, the receptionist gave me a phone number to call. She claimed she cannot access online banking because their system is not user friendly. This is unacceptable, and I think someone should have assisted me and solved my issue.

If you want to be listened to and assisted, I don't advise going to this branch. Representative named Kim made me feel rushed through my appointment and then shoved a credit card in my face as a "solution" to my issue. Not a good experience.
