Tiera greeted me as I walked in and was very attentive and helped me. Tiera verified my 401K check with no problem! The lady on window 10 didn't help and she didn't even try to verify the funds thisn0ast Sat. 4/27/24. Tiera did her job and withba smile. I appreciatpeople like Tiera and she really should train the lady that wouldn't help me how to be more professional and try to help. THANK YOU TIERA YOU HELPED ME IN A CRUNCH??

I don’t understand why people that get mad or frustrated easily love customer service job. One of the guy, was very rude towards me, my order was simple so I don’t understand why he got his frustration on me. He didn’t even say Hi and just decided to give me an attitude, he was rude. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have his name.

We come to this location quite often for our business to get money orders. Georgia waited on me today she was a pleasure. She offered to fill out the money order for us for an extra quarter I told her I didn’t have it but she’s doing a great job for you guys.

Tiera absolutely saved me today. I was trying to cash a check with several "issues" and she listened to my explanation, contacted higher-ups, and was able to cash it for me. I had tried two other places who wouldn't help me. I was SO relieved that she cared enough to listen and help. I appreciate it so much!

I have came to this location several times trying to get some change and I was always refused service reasoning (they don't have any change) I am a manager right down the street so I decided to send my coworkers to get change and for some weird odd reason they are always given change. I truly wonder what is the reasoning behind why I am never given change but they never give my coworkers an issue! Seems a bit racist to me! I will say there is a male employee who has nevee given me an issue when needing change I think he may be the manager.
