I was facing a tough situation and came here with my check from work to be cashed. I did not expect the level of service that I got from this place, but the staff were exceptional, especially the manager Stephanie who gave approval for my check to be cashed days earlier than was expected. Thank you to Ruth, Aminata and Stephanie.

The only reason why I'm giving this place five stars is because of a young lady named Tiffany who went out her way today to make sure I made it home to my baby girl.... Let me break this down so to make a long story short I had a promise to pay for this upcoming Friday for $100 because I already paid the rest but when I got off of work tonight at 7:30 my car was turned off I called PLS Auto I called the people that can cut your car back on and talk to two different people and they refused to cut my car back on telling me it was nothing they could do for me so I was stranded at my job and I have a daughter with diabetes who gets dropped off at the time Im supposed to be home so I can take care of her for the night no one will help me so I called the PLS check cashing and talked to Tiffany and told her what was going on she did everything in her power until they did cut my car back on I was outside 7:30pm to almost 9:30pm at night they was not supposed to cut my car off because I got a promise to pay and I got the email receipt to prove it I was so nervous scared and upset because my car should never have been cut off but I'm not going to go anymore into this I will be discussing this with PLS Auto Manageme.... Thank you again Tiffany for all your help you need a raise because it was not your job to help me or to apologize to me but you did God Bless You

My friend went there and she is absolutely terrified. She is traumatized. She went on today’s date and have absolute the worse experience. Last year she went there to pick up money with western union, and with the same money she wanted to do a money order, they lady that was helping here was in training so she didn’t know that it was no possible, one of here coworker came and told my friend that she is doing a fake money order while she didn’t. My friend went today, and the lady was really really rude, she made my friend cry by saying that she is banned, even if it was true that she was banned, she didn’t have to yell to her like that. She was really rude, it was two black women, she threatened to call the police and my friend was okay with it but the lady didn’t and continue to insult my friend. We are African and we are here to study she didn’t hesitated to tell here that she failed in her life and studies. They were rude.
