I was in there today a little after 2pm. While I was there standing in line this couple in front me started raising hell with the employees and Manager Sherlonda. I just wanted to say that Sherlonda handled it like a Pro. She remained calm and tried to explain to the customer how their process worked. Even through all the cussing and name calling the Manager Sherlonda never once lost her cool.
