I am visiting Indiana for work and getting my workout at Planet Fitness in the mornings. Every time when I walk in, I am getting greeting smiling face from front desk staff. It's not bad. We've been PF clients in different states for multiple years, this is the third branch we've regularly used. It's smaller than the others but staff are nice and the facilities are clean. My biggest complaint would be the poor regulation of the 30 minute workout space. This seems to be viewed as a "waiting room" that happens to have weights, so people routinely go in there to sit on the machines and play on their phones, or use the same machine repeatedly without rotating, and if you use it as intended you're required to have multiple conversations asking people to move. I feel like this should be better monitored by the staff and not a burden of other clients. Otherwise, it's a perfectly fine gym.
