The jewelry is GARBAGE...bought an item, it broke within 60 days. Tried to exchange it as they have a 90 day exchange policy, called customer service, told me to go to the store, NO HELP THERE. Called customer service again..told me to go back to store...AGAIN NO HELP! They will NOT EXCHANGE ITEM via mail or the store. They basically said screw me. Out of $100.00.
I have reported this company to the BBB.
THEY ARE NOT HONORING THEIR OWN POLICY!!

Jennifer at Piercing at Pagoda is a great, compassionate person!! I came in last month to purchase a new ring because my original one fell in between the seat. Jennifer came to my vehicle to help me get my ring out from the seat!! She took my seat out and everything and found my ring for me!! ??? I love her she’s a great and beautiful person inside and out ?

Hours of business and phone number needs to be updated because I came here at 8:22 FRIDAY and the place is shut down but before coming I called for a whole hour and the phone would ring a few times and then make a loud noise. I needed to get my husbands anniversary gift out of layaway and was not able to and out flight leaves at 5am so he won’t have a gift to open for our anniversary!!!! Very annoying and inconvient

My 10 year old got her ears pierced after many years of attempts. The earrings were uneven...the one was high and super close to where the ear meets the face. The manager agreed and told us we could come back tomorrow for them to fix it. I'm sure hoping they can help make it right. My daughter was so excited to get them pierced and wants to show her friends at school Monday! I appreciated their willingness to try again!

Customer service is great. But they use a peircing gun. I havnt gone here just because im not sure if i should get my cartilage peirced by a piercing gun. Although if you want a helix a gun won't be as bad. Just go somewhere else if you want your lobes. Do some more research. This place is good but there are some places around Indianapolis that don't use guns.

Came in to get my two year old daughters ears pierced. Service came above and beyond what I expected. Very happy with the result.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced I called to confirm item get there and they tell me their closed at 7 but told me 9 I will order from someone else educate your staff

I absolutely love yall! My boyfriend and I come here way too often. My only advice is the twisted rope chains need better clasps...they don't close completely and I would hate for $600+ to simply just fall off my neck somewhere.

My granddaughter is 7 years old and they were absolutely wonderful with her. She was so scared they let her get out of the chair watch someone else get his done first. The man and his friends stuck around to cheer her on and we all applaud afterwards. The people at Pagoda were fantastic with her.

My double lobe piercings got so infected from getting them here I had to go to the doctor and got put on antibiotics. I still have the scars. The piercings weren't even as well.

One of the ladies was nice the other called my freshly just 7yr old a drama queen....its one thing for me or her father to say something like that but....not some stranger at a piercing place
