“Since Shelbyville has nothing except Walmart to really shop, we don't mind the drive out of town to shop at a store that has many choices for what we want. It is always clean, and many registers are open so the wait to check out is always quick. The employees are helpful also, ask a question of one of them and if they don't know, they find someone who has your answer. I wish we had one I our town.”
“I came in to get some special diaper cream for my baby. She had the WORST diaper rash:( I wasn’t expecting it to be as expensive as it was and told them I would need to come and get it later once I had gotten paid. I explained how bad her rash was, and practically in tears asked if there was anything over the counter I could get her just for the night as she was just in so much pain. They let me take the cream and told me to come back when I had the money to pay them. Over night her rash is almost completely gone. It’s not very often I encounter people this kind anymore and I don’t think they even realize how much mom guilt they cured giving me a little bit of grace. Hopefully my kiddo never needs fancy butt cream again, but if she does I’ll 100% be getting it from them<3”

“Eagle Highland was the only pharmacy able to compound our cat's medicine to the flavors he prefers, and they showed infinite patience with us in the beginning while we navigated options to get our boy to take his meds.I've transferred all my personal meds to Eagle Highland since and it was a great choice. They are always willing to help and quick to answer any questions within their app.Personalized customer service is getting harder and harder to find nowadays, but it is readily available and always in stock at Eagle Highland Pharmacy. Bonus, Cooper is the best boy in days you catch him in the shop.”

“All the pharmacies downtown are terrible except this one, which is great. You can get through the automated system and reach the pharmacy staff quickly. If any issues come up while filling your prescription, they work with you to resolve them. This store has more staff than other pharmacies, so you don’t have to deal with long wait times. Plus, the staff is so nice and friendly. They’ll learn your name after a few visits. I fill my dog’s prescription here, too, and the staff always asks about himThis pharmacy has shorter hours than typical (9am-6pm from M- F, 10-2 on Sat, closed in Sun), which can be annoying if you need a script filled at odd hours. I haven’t found this a major issue (I use a different store if I need something ASAP), but it’s something to be aware of. Other than that, this store is great.”

He has neighborhood dad vibes and I want him to adopt me- he just is always so nice and helpful. My kids are always with me and I never feel bad when they're being a lot because the pharmacist is just so nice and patient.”
“The Koger fuel center lets you use your Kroger plus card to get points off of the gasoline prices. They have drinks and snacks plus tobacco products available. The lot is kept clean and it is usually not crowded.The had does well in my car so far. I have learned all gasoline stations are not equal. This seems okay so far.”
“Are you tired of not only Big Pharma, but big box retailers whom have thousands of carbon copy pharmacies in all their locations. The endless lines, the endless phone calls where you just need a refill and end up on the phone for hours just to find out you area day early or even worse turned away without your insurance card.Indy Scripts is a refreshing change to the normal pharmacy hassel, and if you can't make it in to pick up your script...they specialize in FREE DELIVERY and if you are uninsured they will work tirelessly to find not only the best price, but many times find manufacturers rebates or even insurance for the uninsured. I made the switch years ago, and have actually met many very caring, nice employees who have YOUR best interest, not ownerships bottoming.Give them a try...I promise you will be a customer for life!!!”
“The CVS at Edgewood and Madison location in Indy, is by far the best hands down. The team members there are always willing to help. My favorite people are the people in the Pharmacy, they always go above and beyond to help me no matter what my issue was. “There's only one thing i have any criticism about when talking about Walmart Market, And that is because although they have quality food and some great deals on pricing on some of the products they sell, There is no incentive to strictly do all of the grocery shopping there, So at least for me i only go there to get the marked down items as well as the things i can't find anywhere else, But i do all of my main grocery shopping at Kroger's because i save quite a lot when i get mainly Kroger brand items, And sometimes i will make that extra drive to an Aldi's store to get milk or bread and even meats but if Walmart Market had a discount card like kroger has i would buy strictly from them but they dont so i only get certain sweets and items that are marked down for now.”
“I was having difficulty getting a prescription filled by my regular pharmacy due to an outage with Change Healthcare. The pharmacist at my regular pharmacy was not at all helpful. I had the prescription transferred to this Walgreen’s and Edward went above and beyond to help me with the prescription. They don’t take my insurance, but I will definitely go there for other needs in the future.”

“Staff is super friendly and they do try hard to fill orders immediately for illness or urgent needs. Everything else requires a few days to fill. My only complaint is they frequently close the drive thru window which is annoying when I’m not prepared to go inside. They have the best prices on most major drugs. I frequently check Good Rx and they always come out on top.”

“For the most part, I love this store. I come here every week to do my grocery shopping, I use mperks, I even have a favorite greeter (hi Jack). I do have a few small issues, though, that prevent me from giving 5 stars. 1) the prices, especially in the produce section, are not always as advertised (for example: the leeks might have a sign that says $2.99 each, but when you go to scan, they are suddenly $3.49 each) 2) the coupons have become less and less useful all the time. They used to send about a dozen coupons based on my shopping habits with a couple of "new for you" coupons to try to get me to spend on other items, now they give maybe 4-6 coupons and those are usually things like "spend an astronomical amount in the ____ section to recieve a small discount" With all that said, I still shop here every week, the prices are still the best I've found, the customer service is great, and shop and scan is so helpful that I'm probably always going to come here.”
